服務態度很好，價格也適中，房間也很新，泡池也挺大的，游泳池也不錯，早餐種類豐富，性價比挺好的，比較推薦來這邊泡温泉，人也挺多的，周邊就是湖泉生態園風景很好，吃飯也很方便，很合適度假，上班累了，過來放鬆一下，真心推薦😄😃😃😃

房間温馨，前台人員服務態度很温和，地理位置也非常好，非常便捷，總體很滿意 工作人員都非常的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，環境也很贊，最主要的是乾淨衞生，停車方便，入住很快，房間也比較舒適，非常滿意下次有機會一定會再來

房間和網頁上的差距太大，800多的房間。又老又舊。房間裏面最起碼的櫃子都沒有。衹有一張桌子兩個凳子，放行李的地方都沒有，衞生間紙也沒有，前台電話直接打不通，房間裏有蟑螂和蜘蛛，把小孩子嚇的一晚上不敢睡，非常差的體驗

入住景觀雙床，有私湯，温泉非常贊，水質清澈。
設施：酒店設施有點陳舊，特別是衞生間，沒有乾濕分離；
環境：挺適合家庭聚會的
服務：前台服務不錯，幫忙拎行李、換毛巾。
叫外賣也挺方便，鹵雞米線很好吃。

彌勒遇見天池都，雖然當中發生點波折，但進了酒店後特別負責大門口迎接的帥哥！看着像是這裏的管家類型，幫我們把兩大箱子扛上了二樓，那態度好暖呀！
酒店略有些陳舊，但不妨礙它衞生搞乾淨，每天有工作人員打掃泡水池，換新鮮水入池，過來就想着旅遊十天之後過來泡個温泉消除一路疲勞，很放心的泡了三天温泉，整個人舒服多了！
臨走那天又是迎接我們的“管家”帥哥開車送去高鐵站，車上問起我們對酒店可有哪裡不滿意之類，會及時改進，顧客至上服務至上之類的話語，如果我是酒店老闆，一定重用這樣的人才，真正盡心盡力實乾的帥哥！必須贊一個👍

淡季，湯池票含在內的湯池就開了兩個，幸好房間內有私湯還是不錯的。住的方面床具和洗澡還是非常舒適的。早餐品種太少，不符合這個房價，早餐廳的服務人員真的特別好，米線肉給的多非常好吃。
設施：沒有冰箱是不足
衞生：還是不錯的
環境：流水不斷就當是溪水潺潺吧！
服務：説得過去，接送站小哥非常不錯！
