One of rooms had a spot on the floor body wash was out floors were sticky there was a tournament so there was a lot of kids at the hotel and they kept banging on random people door and running and we were one of the doors it happened to wasn't very happy ended up having a talk with the parents

I have nothing to say but amazing things!! My family and I moved cross country and our condo wasn’t ready for 3 days so we checked into this hotel for a second time it was so good! The first stay was when we came to check out the area this time was the permanent move. The staff is polite welcoming and extremely helpful. We had the pleasure of interacting with all shifts and everyone was kind hardworking and supportive of our needs. The place is quite extra clean and has a great breakfast. I had to work from the lobby every day and the wifi worked great for zoom calls and online schoolwork for my two sons. I recommend you stay here over all the hotels in the area.

The stay was good. The first night the light went out in the bathroom so they moved us to another room. My only complaint is that there is an indoor pool but the water was still cold. They should put a function to make it a heated pool. Regardless if its indoors its right next to the door and windows and the water temperature is going to be chilly. Other than that the stay was good.

I was greeted immediately by Jordan who was very pleasant and professional. She quickly had me on my way to my room and I greatly appreciated it. My room was very clean, comfortable, and QUIET. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this place to travelers.

I was in Milford for a wedding. The staff was very helpful with local directions to the venue and dinning options.
The only thing I would suggest would be some sort of signage. I had directions on my phone, but still a little confusing to get to the propriety.
I would definitely stay again at this propriety.

I got bit by bed bugs during my stay and when I reported it to the Hilton 800 number they said the location manager would contact me within 24 hours & it’s been almost a week, I have yet to be contacted
