Stayed here at 2am-6:30am 5/20/22!! The front desk lady Teresa was so kind and helpful. We were exhausted needing to sleep after 12 hours driving. When we walked into our room, it was about 100 degrees and the air Was off! We quickly switched it to on, and I assured my family it will cool off soon. The air ran in increments of 4-5 minutes. We fell right asleep Exhausted. I woke up to sweats, my hands and face were swollen from a condition that I have that is activated by heat. When I looked over, my son stripped in the night and was sleeping in his underwear from the heat drenched in sweat. I woke everyone up and he asked to wash the sweat off before we left. I ushered everyone out of the room because it was unbearable. I turned in my room keys and simply said, “the air never cooled the room off and we woke up like this, sweating and miserable and just have to leave.” When I am swollen I’m unable to function from heat edema. Teresa, I’m sorry I couldn’t share more With you in that moment. You were very kind and the room was clean and beautiful as you stated. I did call just now to let you know the above things and the foreign lady who answered the phone was rude, screaming in my ear, and kept shouting “why you no tell in 5 minutes!! I NO REFUND You! Why YOU CaLL!!?” Then she hung Up!! 🤷♀️Absolutely the rudest conversation I’ve ever had. I’m going to assume she owns it so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! That’s what you’ll Get. I left this morning crying and this is how My concern was responded to. *also* Other reviewers mention roaches. I didn’t See any in my room but there was one right outside of Our door crushed!
