Great hospitality and service rather than a 5 star hotel. Connection to the hometown is good for new tourists and historical attractions. This hotel was the first attraction you would usually see before the 93 bridge was removed. The platforms and structure could use some repairs but innovation creates renovation. The history of some businesses in this area should never be forgotten about or taken advantage of. This town has more hotels and motels than i count. Its great for business but it doesn't benefit the local residents. The local owners of Country Hearth understand what historical means and the service they provide are equally fair. Rather it be a one stay or a weekly rate. It should included in hannibal magazines and local newspaper with proper representation. Thank you to the few local owned business of Marion county.

This Holiday Inn Express seemed newer and our stay was enjoyable. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It’s located a bit “out of town” but it’s just across the street from a medical center. If you’re in the area visiting the medical center, it’s a “no brainer” to choose this hotel.
