Fair hotel… 20 minutes walking to the Fiserv Forum (Bucks game). American classic breakfast.., and we got an inconvenience: the juice machine was broken. Comfortable room.. Good shower.. I’d stay again..!

Reserved double queen beds but they were not available when we arrived.

Clean, friendly and a good location when visiting the Public Market

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were very friendly and helpful. I have never been greeted by a more helpful and kind staff. I would return just for them. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The hotel was fine, parking was a little confusing but the front desk staff helped us figure it out. Breakfast was a joke and that was part of the reason we chose this hotel. Broken pancake maker, sausage gravy but nothing to put it on, literally one bagel available one morning.

To be clear, the staff was great but should have let me know there was no room service. That's on me. Your breakfast was great again with friendly personnel. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. Parking was ATROCIOUS and for this reason, we will not return to the city for our accommodations. The city needs revenue so bad that it destroys your business by placing parking meters where they weren't expected. The parking lot was a joke and it was a half mile walk to get to our car. (a locked door with no access, we walked around 2 blocks to get in the garage) We felt safe enough but my husband has mobility issues and the uphill climb was not a simple journey for us. Bad decision by the city, no provisions for handicap or elderly. Thank goodness we have choices. Thank you, Sandy Silger 314-640-6470

This is my second time staying at your hotel, and it was awesome. As like last time this is my favorite place to stay from now on whenever I come to Milwaukee.

Bathroom was very dirty. Staff was polite and efficient

We reserved the hotel in March for a stay in November. Upon arrival, the person at the desk stated that she had no more rooms with 2 beds available and tried to offer us a room with one bed. I specifically reserved 2 beds due to being on a trip with a friend and we were both not comfortable sleeping in the same bed. The lady at the desk then checked by contacting housekeeping if any rooms were available with 2 beds and they found one. The person mentioned to us that if she was not able to find a bed for us that we could stay at the hotel next door. It is not acceptable that we reserved the room in March and would not have a room available in November. There is a need to train the staff at this hotel to open the rooms on the computer after they had been cleaned so that they show they are available on the front desk computer for guests to check in. We arrived right at check in time.

Ice machine on our floor (4) didn’t work. Wasn’t even an ice machine on floor 5, and floor 6 was empty. Had to try 4 different floors before we got ice. There were no room key’s available during our check in which caused a 1/2 hr. to 45 min delay. Our room had no remote for the tv & the fridge didn’t work. Comfortable beds & pillows though.

Check in process was terrible. Associate was rude, unprofessional and didn’t know what she was doing. Was give a room key to a room with other people’s belongings upon arrival. Didn’t care and gave another room that had no tv. No discount was applied. Breakfast next morning had no options. Never staying there again.

My room did not have a TV. The fan system was very poor, and did not work as expected. There was paint lines on the wall. Or room looked like it was under construction.

I enjoyed my stay here which helped me to enjoy my short visit to Milwaukee. Appreciated that I was able to check in early and get my visit started early. Thanks for having me as a guest!! I would stay here again whenever I am in Milwaukee.
