Trip.com did not send my reservation to hotel. I had to contact them 3 times to get them to confirm the reservation with the hotel and they can see my reservation. We booked a premiere King with lake view for 3 nights. The room advertised on the website was almost close to the room we got. We did not get floor to ceiling windows like shown on the website. We had no A/C the 1st night, when Air conditioning is advertised as an amenity. We called it in, they fixed it, but then it stopped working again within 6 hours. In the afternoon of the 2nd day, we had no A/C again and then the A/C unit started leaking and destroyed the ceiling. We had to ask to be moved. They blamed it on condensation and didn't want to move us. They downgraded us to a smaller room and different room type, a 2 bedded Queen room with lake view. Upon check out, the hotel charged us for Valet parking and self parking for all 3 nights. The hotel charged us the total cost of the room each night, because Trip.com did not send the payment to the hotel. The hotel said we charged your card because we didn't have the 3rd party payment card on file for your reservation. Never once did any hotel staff apologize for the problems and they refused to upgrade us or provide any compensation for the problems. No service recovery at all.

Overall it was a terrific experience, Disappointed in the restaurant, the service was not very good I enjoyed the food. There was a language problem which made it difficult and our order was wrong. The room was wonderful, One of the reasons I always book there is for the experience at the pool and waterfall. The waterfall was not turned on and trying to get service from the woman who checked us in and gave us towels was actually pretty terrible.
I especially want to comment on the service we receive from the bellhop, a wonderful man who went out of his way to give us the best service of all.

The room has been renovated, the bathroom is not old, and overall it is good. The shower water pressure is very low, and the water was not hot enough on the first night. The parking lot is charged. The environment looks like it has been abandoned for a while, with thick dust and garbage.

Lovely room. Very spacious. Great view out the large floor to ceiling window. Two chairs for the desk area so you could easily eat there. Kind of a shame there is no room service for food and it’s an extra charge per item to get carry out from the restaurant (which serves very delicious food all day)! Great pool and hot tub at no charge for guests. Really large bathroom and shower, but no maid/cleaning service so you had to call for clean towels/shampoo/etc that they would bring to your door. Coffee shop served outstanding coffee drinks but pastries were old. Would stay there again because the price of the room definitely made this place a great deal!

The room was very outdated. The shower was oddly big, not complaining about the size, but it had one shower head with barely any pressure along with the hot and cold being very finicky. Sometimes I would have to wait for the warm water for (no exaggeration, 5 minutes). Room service was upon request, which I didn't need, but when my brother in law requested it, they were extremely rude to him. The upside was that it was close to the event center.
