Hampton Inn Youngstown-West I-80

The location is this hotel’s strongest asset—right off I-80. However, the property feels quite outdated and doesn’t meet the typical Hampton Inn standards you’d expect. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which was a bright spot during our stay. The breakfast options were limited. Overall, it’s adequate if you simply need a place to sleep for the night, but don’t expect luxury amenities.

My truck broke down, and I ended up staying at this hotel for two days. Great value for the money,, very clean and quiet, they checked me in early, the staff was friendly, and the hotel looks freshly renovated. Thank you!

The hotel is currently under renovations. My room did not have a working shower - I arrived late and departed very early. Management onsite indicated I would get a refund for the inconvenience. However, the next day the "senior" leader indicated I would get "points". This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton / Hampton Hotel. I trust the right people will make this right.

There was construction going on so the hotel smelled really weird. We were in a room toward the back of the building and could hear people going in and out of the door a million times. The pool never had towels. The pool area was cold.

Under construction, staff unavailable, breakfast was sparse. They also charged my card $50 more than what I reserved it for.

The hotel was under construction which would have been helpful if was disclosed on the website. The breakfast buffet was unappealing. The staff was polite.

The property was very clean, they were under construction which was no big deal. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. Would definitely recommend.

Parking was enough but the property was under construction so had to take the rear entrance. Very nice breakfast
