Property did not have an elevator. The staff helped me with my luggage and took it to my room.

Excellent location in the heart of Miraflores district; good value for the price. Area could be a bit noisy at times because of ongoing construction projects in the neighborhood.

I want it to be clear that, in my opinion, it should not only be avoided but boycotted. I'm going to explain so as not to seem biased. I had been arriving in Cuzco for a week and would have stayed for less than 48 hours. I took what there was (you can't always be lucky!) I asked for the taxi service from the airport, specifying that, being short of local currency, I would have liked to pay by card and in their chat, they didn't give me any problems. .. Very different when I arrive on site, the receptionist didn't speak a word of English (and didn't understand Italian... strange for a Hispanic woman! I don't speak Spanish, but if they speak to me slowly I understand it: could I be a genius? ) and tells me that whoever wrote to me, wrote to me nonsense. "You have to pay immediately, otherwise I can't make the taxi driver go away." The tenth time I tell her that I don't have any money, she sends the taxi driver away, paying him herself and orders me to pay the next morning, before going out... yes, lallero, they say where I come from. I spend the night in one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in, with a window overlooking an internal hole (I apologize, I don't know how to describe it better!), whose glass was not only not watertight, but it was even possible open them even from the outside without effort (I'm not joking!). The next morning I wake up with a cold (also because there's not even a hint of heating, even though I've seen that it's a constant in Peru). I try to go to breakfast to drink something hot: well, the breakfast room is on the stairs. "In what sense?", you might say. In the sense that there is a table on the fourth floor, in the stairwell with a jug of coffee, a jug of (cold) chocolate, a jug of hot water with tea bags nearby, a basket with pre-packaged brioche bread (or at least I hope , given the quality), two jams contained in jars stuck together with rust (how do you define worn caps whose jam tastes like metal?)...and in the midst of all this splendor, no one explains where you can eat but you can guess it from only: on each floor there are small tables and chairs in the path of the stairs, where you can stop. In short, it may happen that you have to "have breakfast" on the first floor and the table with all these delicacies is on the 4th! Without elevator! a great exercise for muscle awakening! The icing on the cake: while you have to wait until 8 to have "breakfast", the employees eat peacefully on the same tables that you will use "later"! Spontaneous question: but has it changed management and is it like this recently or are there masochists who like to suffer? I won't tell you that I hope they close, because we know that the wishes expressed and revealed never come true!
