"Overall, it's a good hotel in a pleasant location, with a pool and a small, well-equipped gym. The breakfast buffet is adequate, and the coffee is good. However, I don't find the price-performance ratio appealing. For this price, you can get better service (especially from the staff) in Miraflores. The restaurant manager at breakfast should set an example of friendliness for his employees, as should the colleagues at reception. My problem was resolved quickly, but not very professionally or customer-oriented. It's not a big deal for me, as I come from the luxury hotel industry myself and naturally offer a different level of service. Friendliness and professionalism should be a given in this line of work. The room, amenities, and location were all fine."

"We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Indigo. They had an issue with our room and offered us a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was much appreciated. The hotel is also connected to the adjacent hotel, which has a rooftop pool with an incredible view, especially at sunset, and offers bar and restaurant service. I believe there are a total of 5 restaurants between the two hotels. The breakfast offers a wide selection, including sweet and savory options, local and international cuisine, and gluten-free choices – all very tasty. The staff are always kind and helpful; we were particularly impressed by the warmth and welcoming nature of the receptionist, Maria."
