We arrived late at night and Pia at the reception desk was very accommodating and intuitive to our needs. She even provided us with a late check out the next day, which was super helpful given our flight time. She made us feel at home. Daniela in the restaurant was also very welcoming and helpful. Finally, the food was great and room was spacious and comfortable, the best we experienced during our stay in Peru."
