Yes really Impressed resort at miri stayed, room are spacious and comfortable and clean as well. Surely we will come back soon again.

I stayed at this hotel again, but unfortunately, my experience was not as good as I expected. The room still looked the same as before and did not seem to have been renovated or upgraded. The air conditioning was also not cold enough, which made the room uncomfortable, especially at night. In addition, the pillows looked quite old and worn out, and they were not very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, I feel that the room facilities and condition could be improved, especially considering the price of the stay. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to room maintenance and consider upgrading the older facilities. The hotel has potential, but based on this stay, the overall experience was not very satisfying. I hope to see some improvements during my next visit.

I recently stayed at Miri Marriott Resort & Spa and had a pleasant experience. The beachfront setting and roomy accommodation created a calm and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The breakfast was fairly average. There was a decent spread that included basic hot dishes, eggs, pastries, bread, fruit, cereal, and a few local options, along with coffee and tea. While everything was acceptable and enough to start the day, the selection felt a little limited for a resort of this level, and there were no particularly memorable or premium items that stood out. It was perfectly fine overall, but it did not quite match the expectations one might have for a Marriott resort breakfast. Overall, it is a comfortable resort for a peaceful getaway, with lovely ocean views that add to the laid-back charm.

I have a bussiness event in Miri Mariott Resort & Spa. The view was perfectly serene. The hospitality was top notch, from the warm receptionist at check-in, to the friendly cafe baristas, and the always-helpful concierge team. The resort has 3 swimming pools in total. The breakfast was brilliant. A wide variety of foods, different types of fresh juices, and the menu changed slightly throughout my 2 days stay, which kept it interesting. We particularly loved the smell of the shower gel, its ingredients include aromatherapy essential oil which was very calming. The hot water in the washroom worked perfectly and consistently.

Check-in was smooth, but that's where the positive experience ended. Our first room was warm, with a sticky floor and a sofa that had an unpleasant smell. We called reception and were told someone would come, but after waiting about 20 minutes, no one showed up. We went out, hoping the room would cool down, but when we returned around 8 PM, it was still warm. After calling again, maintenance arrived quickly and confirmed the AC was broken. They were surprised we hadn't been offered a room change earlier. We were moved to another room in the same building, only to find what looked like a urine stain and rat droppings in the bathroom. We immediately requested another room, this time in a different building. Thankfully, the staff found one within 15 minutes. The third room was better, although the furniture was worn and the shower drain was blocked. By checkout, we noticed small particles scattered on the table. At that point, we just wanted to leave. The front desk sent us sandwiches as an apology, which we appreciated, but it wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. Sadly, this was our first and last stay. Never again.

The room is spacious and water pressure in shower is excellent. Breakfast offers wide varieties of food and drinks. Facilities are excellent too.
