Very good experience staying here. Staffs are friendly and helpful, the room is big enough for 4 persons stay. Spacious. Very suitable for OKU persons or senior citizens cause they got lift which is convenience for the elder to go up to their rooms. Next to the hotel there is a cafe, easy to look for food. The only inconvenience is limited parking spaces.

Very good value hotel, located near the Bintang Mega Mall and local restaurants. Nice rooms big windows. Good shower, sink & wc. Working fridge, internet tv, kettle. Oddly, all the plug sockets - there are plenty - are on the TV side of the room. Lighting OK. A plug socket blew up on me, though the hotel quickly restored the power. Maintenance of loose & badly wired plug sockets needed Room #506. Staff good. Very nice hotel lobby with free copies of the day’s Borneo Post Bewspaper.

This apartment hotel was clean and comfortable, with strong water pressure and a fast water heater. The bed linens and pillows were fresh, and check-in was quick and easy. I noticed some nice new renovations, and appreciated the provided guest parking. The lift was a bit slow, but it wasn't an issue as it wasn't busy during my stay.

Everything was good. Only one downside. The toilet. Too small. Worst thing is water bidet is on the wrong side😅. Seriously, when showering, elbows and hands kept knocking onto the wall and shower screen.

My booking of this hotel was based on the fact that it was newly renovated but the actual condition of the hotel room and toilet does not appeared to be so. There was no shower screen or door so the whole bathroom is wet after a shower. The hand held shower is disconnected so there is no choice but to rely on the overhead rain shower. The phone in the room is not functioning and can't even call the receptionist. What if there is an emergency?
