1.賓館地理位置還好，臨街，不過門口在鋪設人行道，比較難走且雜亂。2.上樓的過程可謂緊張而艱險。樓梯很陡，二層的樓房，間壁成了三層。陡斜程度跟登泰山一樣，腿腳不好的就別考慮入駐了 攜程上標註的房間空調根本沒有，替代的是電風扇，看圖。3.房間比較整潔。但是基本的快燒壺，不是壞掉了就是不好用，在老闆授意下，找遍其他房間，找到一個不間歇燒水的快燒壺。將就燒水。4.發票正常開具如需多開要百分之十的税點😂。而且不知道什麼原因，退房時不能開票，我是幾天後才開的。之前交給服務員的開票資料又重新提交，老闆也忘記了多少錢，開幾天，現電話問的，哎。本來預訂兩天，因樓梯的艱難提前退房了。

老闆夫妻挺好的，過來入住又是幫我拎包，又是幫安排的。還告訴我哪裡吃東西味道好。非常不錯的入住體驗！

房間挺乾淨的，老闆娘也很熱情，人特別好，每次上下樓都會提醒注意安全，空調出風量略小，也衹是多等一小會就會涼快下來了，不是什麼問題，總之住的很舒服，吃飯也方便，樓下全是飯店
