She is very nice professional she helped me out when needed she has checked me in twice very helpful she rocks she came to room to check my phone is working. She told me the Wi-Fi beds are soft big comfy shower pressure good

Unfortunately rooftop bar is not open on Sunday night. First floor bar was great and drinks were tasty. Breakfast was good but plain coffee was $6 a cup.

shower was terrible , it barley worked and it was confusing to work . other than that everything was great !

A little pricey but loved our stay, beautiful room and good service

We visit Omaha several times yearly and have stayed at multiple properties throughout the metro area. This was our first time staying at this property. Initially, as we pulled into the parking lot we thought we had made a mistake. Several large shipping containers and construction equipment and materials in the parking lot made it difficult to navigate around and find an open spot. Evidently, a major renovation is occurring, which I understand needs to happen. As we walked in there was a very upset guest who, by her own explanation had made a significant reservation error through a third-party booking site. The front desk representative was handling it professionally and with a positive and pleasant attitude. I was quite impressed because I don't think I would have been as patient as she was. When we got to her the front desk representative was wonderful, friendly, and delightful. We were in and out for a good part of the evening as we were running errands and going out to dinner. Every time we encountered her she was cheerful and positive. We finally came in late in the evening and the night staff was equally friendly and engaging. The next morning the front desk clerk greeted us with an exuberant, energetic ”good morning” and a genuine smile. As we ate breakfast (not the best IHG breakfast) I observed how he interacted with all the guests and it was textbook hospitality. I really want to communicate with management and the owner that your staff is all absolutely wonderful. They all seem to be not just professionally polite, but genuinely happy to be on duty at this hotel. Despite the obstacle course of a parking lot and construction equipment lining the entrance, we enjoyed this property more than all of the other stays around the city. We will be back in Omaha again this year and will definitely choose this location for our next stay. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
