距離水戶站有點距離（步行可能要20分鐘），但此次住宿是商務目的的水戶市民會館，步行約5分鐘可到達，且週邊有京城百貨，購物也算蠻便利的。

I used a twin room, and except for the fact that it was small, everything was equipped and the cost performance was good. I think it's good as a business trip accommodation. There is a welcome drink service, and for breakfast, bread and boiled eggs are placed in front of the front desk, so you can bring them and eat by yourself, as there is coffee juice in the room, like a cafe. There seemed to be no salad or water. There is a large public bath on the 6th floor, and a small bath on the 5th floor that you can use. I was surprised when the man at the reception desk asked, "What's your name?" instead of "Welcome!", but it's a good hotel as long as you don't worry about the details.

There is a constant mechanical sound in the room. i can't sleep. When I checked with the front desk, they said it was the same for all rooms. The walls are thin and you can hear a lot of surrounding noise. Sounds of walking, TV, etc. Perhaps that's the premise, earplugs are provided at the front desk. Even with earplugs, I couldn't block out the mechanical noise. The noise from surrounding rooms becomes less noticeable. Overall quite old. It's extremely small and it's quite difficult to work in a hotel room. It's not unclean. Quite far from the station.
