Reason -hotel has bad experience in booking restaurant for customer. Instead of total rejection to help, guide the staff. There is no need to identify the hotel or staff, just help as a friend or even a stranger asking for help. Give the customer name and telephone number. A total rejection is totally no customer service. Bad!"

"The large public bath was excellent. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was also very quiet with excellent soundproofing, but there was one thing that bothered me. Whenever I closed the door to my room, there was a constant whistling noise. It stopped if I opened the door just a little, so I slept with the door open. I'd like you to check this again. I'm not particularly sensitive, but I have good hearing. I thought it was great that there was a door inside the room, separating the toilet and shower from the living room. As for the young woman at the front desk, I think she needs to learn how to serve customers. Her hospitality skills are very poor. To be honest, she was unfriendly."

"My family of four stayed here on September 14, 2025. There were quite a few foreign tourists, but it wasn't crowded and we had a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel had a very luxurious and elegant atmosphere. The air conditioning was so strong that it was almost cold inside. The room had a modern feel, and the bathroom and toilet were made of transparent tempered glass. The double sink was nice."

"It's right next to the Ibaraki Shrine Hall, a short distance from the station. There's AEON Entertainment City on the other side of the station, which I highly recommend visiting. The staff were very welcoming and recommended checking the official website for a one-night stay with two meals plan. I didn't book one, and seeing others enjoying it was very painful. The tranquil hot springs will fully satisfy your imagination of Japanese hot springs."

There are power outlets on the desk, bedside table, and side table, and a 3-way charging cable is thoughtfully provided in the drawer. The complimentary breakfast selection is simple yet delicious and offers variety; eating it for two days provides a pleasant change. High value for money, recommended."

"Just walk down from the Mito Station exit to the first floor (the station exit is 2F), turn right and you're there. The location is convenient, and there is no problem communicating in English. The service is also very good. I would like to stay there again. There is a free parking lot for self-driving cars. Highly recommend. There is Atago Yakiniku nearby and I highly recommend eating it."

"I stayed here because I was going to be drinking near the hotel from the evening. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the large public bath as it only opened from 6 PM and was closed the next day. That was a shame. I didn't have high expectations for breakfast, but it was better than I thought. The view was also good and felt very open."

The hotel was quite old, but clean. There is no soundproofing, so it's a good idea to bring earplugs when you sleep. I would like to use it again."
