Access is difficult without a rental car.
There is a local supermarket on the first floor of the building, so you don't have to worry about small purchases.
The building is not handicapped accessible (no elevator), but the hotel staff are smiling and attentive to every detail.

Since the user evaluation is biased, I thought that the degree of renovation may differ depending on the room. The hallway smelled musty, but the room was fine. The unit bath was completely renovated, but the interior was miserable. I've cleaned it, but I'm tall, so I can see a lot of things. I wonder when the homepage picture will be? The poster massage in the room is also said to be closed now …. Pillows and towels were nice. The first floor is saved by a local supermarket.

1階がスーパー、2階がレストランと便利でした。建物は古そうでしたが、内装はそれなりに改装されいて不満は無かったです。価格的なパーフォマンスはありました。中長期滞在には良いと思います。佐和田浜、空港、市街地へのバス停は近くにあります。

宮古島3回目で、今回は伊良部島中心に渡口の浜で泳いだり、ゆっくり海を眺めたいと思い、1人旅でお値段も朝食込みで格安なこちらのホテルを予約。 格安レンタカーを借りたのですが、ナビでホテルを入力すると出てきて伊良部島への橋も案内されたので、迷わず到着できました。 エレベーターが無い、フロントは2階でスーツケースを運ばないといけない、ホテルが古いとか口コミチェックしていたので、了解済み。1階の地元のスーパーも楽しい。 部屋のベッドは古いけど、シーツやタオルは綺麗でした。お風呂やトイレはユニットで綺麗でした。お湯の出も大丈夫、ぬるいとか無かったです。シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープはポーラのもので、良い香りでした。 ドライヤーも携帯のコンセントも延長コードが置いてあり問題なし。 朝食は和食でコーヒーもありました。 2階のレストランは水曜は定休日でしたが、 平日でも地元の方が昼、夕食と多く利用されてて、平日なのに満席な時があり、スタッフの方に席が空いたら連絡するから部屋で待っててと言われ待機。すぐに電話があり、宮古そばやもずく、ゴーヤチャンプルも安く美味しくいただきました。スタッフも感じが良いです。 徒歩で渡口の浜まで行き泳いだり、夕暮れを楽しんだり、通り池や下地島空港17ENDも行けたし3泊4日でしたが、レンタカーでウロウロしてゆっくり良い時間が過ごせました。

今回、自転車で伊良部島を身体障害者として(身障者2級)利用させていただきました。結論から言いますと、施設は古いですけど所々でリニューアルされたりと良い点が多いまた泊まってみたいホテルでした。ただ、自転車で置き場が見当たらなかったのでその辺に置いてきましたが、特に問題もなかったようです。
そして、エレベーターがないということでしたが、4階ですけど自分自身で歩くことができれば何とかなります。語弊が伴いますが、1階のスーパー、フロント兼お食事どころの2階、3,4階の客室とコンパクトでも行き届いていました。
あと、決済は各種クレジットカードに楽天ペイ、交通系プリペイド（SUICAなど)、EDYも使えました。伊良部島では使えるところはスーパーや食事処にホテルと少ないので重宝しておりました。また泊まってみたいと思います!

アメニティも充実して困ることなく過ごせました。
乾燥機が故障していたのか、衣類は乾きませんでした。
