Pretty good hotel if you are traveling around the Grand Canyon.

Only 2 trailer parking spaces. Tv didn't work. Shower/bathroom ****** and the heater in the room was a joke. No room service when it was asked for and hotel management didn't care/know how to handle the problems.

The hotel smells very bab. It may have plumbing and sewage problems. The front desk and the management acting like third world mentality. Service is bad. The rating should be 4 rather than 6.

Check in was fast, the room was clean and modern. Bathroom was great with a big walk in shower. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and great service.

The hotel experience was wonderful. I stayed three nights. The hot breakfast was “under-whelming”. I supposed that because it is still early season here in Moab that the hotel chose to ‘simplify’ the available breakfast options. They offered exactly the same limited menu every day. By the third day I had grown weary of the ‘sausage and eggs’ so I looked around for alternatives. The Oatmeal hotpot was empty and unplugged. I settled on a bowl of cold cereal but after dispensinf my paper bowl of Raisin Bran topped with a sprinkle of Fruit Loops I discovered that there was no milk available. There was a milk jug, just no milk. I knocked on the Kitchen door and then opened it. No one home. O chose NOT to enter and find my own milk. SO, I took my bowl of cereal and drove to the convenience store to gas up my vehicle amd purchased a pint of milk.

Everything was great, except the breakfast. Real eggs would be great. Maybe hashbrowns, too, and just something more wholesome- real oatmeal, perhaps.
