The hotel has newly painted walls, but other facilities are old, and the new walls cannot hide their shabby appearance. I wonder if the pillows in the room I stayed in were stained by the paint on the back of the bed? Or haven't washed it for a long time?
In addition, the WiFi speed of this hotel is very slow and basically unusable. The room is provided with a table, but there are no chairs, not even a single one. So what is the point of providing a table? ? ? ? ?

Hotel wasn’t all that great… Didn’t have a working toilet the whole time! Had to go downstairs in lobby to use the restroom. Staff was very nice and pleasant and rooms fairly clean. There was no blanket just sheet so had to sleep low air on. The property is Pet friendly but doesn’t allow ESA pets only service dog if have medical condition so I had to take my ESA dog to doggy boarding which was the whole point I booked the hotel so should change wording to Service dogs only instead of pet friendly like dogs are allowed. For the price I spent on hotel and dog boarding will go with my first mind book Hilton instead. Was conveint location to everything tho so that was great!

My room appeared to be clean, beds made neatly, towels folded nicely, but once i was in the room for a couple hours, everything started to fall apart. The shower head came off while i was showering. It appeared to be cracked. Little spiders were on the "clean" towels. The room didn't have trash cans. The window curtains & shower curtains had stains! The light in the bathroom did not work. The morning i checked out, i saw roaches in the bathroom! Overall, my experience was terrible. It's definitely not worth the money they charge. Would not recommend!

The property seems to be recently renovated but definitely was not done at quality standard. The inside still feels very dated and old regardless of the putting lipstick on a pig presentation of the building. The breakfast was horrible and very limited options and also they ran out of breakfast on the second morning of the stay. The comforters on the bed had holes and plenty of stains in them as well very unclean. There is an old smell throughout the building that you can tell it’s antiquated. The pictures on the website is completely misrepresentation of what it actually is. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Wow. I tried to stay at this property 2 years ago. It was a Disaster! Lol
Now that Best Western has recondition this property, i am so pleased. The staff was so helpful and kind. Looking forward to my next visit to Mobile Alabama 🎊👌

The shower went everywhere but on the person. The A/C didn't work properly. The mirror framing wasn't sealed properly.

The hotel room was good for the price per night. It was a comfortable stay. We were there for five nights and housekeeping never came. We had to get our own towels and they never took out trash or cleaned the room daily.

If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. Don’t say here!! Very run down and dirty. RUN and RUN fast!
