Great place to stay close to the freeway and very quiet

When I arrived at the property with paid reservation in hand, they’re really wasn’t the property it’s under complete renovation. In fact, I was told by some locals that they were just quitting is the word they gave me. The front office had a sign on it will be back I have pictures of it. I waited 2 1/2 hours. Nobody came back, I am very unfamiliar with this area. It was now dark and I was right in the middle of downtown Modesto in any event. I made it over to the Motel six and things worked out. I would not recommend going there. It’s a complete disaster and extremely dangerous. I mean you couldn’t possibly stay in one of those rooms

The motel is in an industrial section of town and not that easy to find. It is an older building that is under construction as people are trying to stay there. It is somewhat noisy and dirty. The bed was fairly comfortable, but I could not figure out how to use the remote on the tv. I cannot say it was the best stay on my trip. Parking was very limited, too.

Staff nowhere to be found. Renovations underway. Police tape around swimming pool.

Everything was excellent I stayed here for over a week just about. The housekeepers during the week were great, the one who works Sunday was rude and invasive. The front desk lady during the week was rude and had attitude so I just kept quiet while checking in everyday. Overall great place for a good price if you book online. 100$ deposit was a little execessive.

Not in a good part of town and I had a really bad stay. Check in and check out were really difficult. Management was very difficult to deal with. Would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

This hotel is easy on/ off 99 and is in an industrial area, although there is a Mexican restaurant and sandwich shop in easy walking distance. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating to our special requests and very friendly. Breakfast was basic. This is a good choice if you traveling through Modesto.

Could not get warm water in shower. Coffee was lukewarm and after complaining I was not refunded my charges for incidentals which by the way is a high $200. Was accused wrongfully of damages to room.

This nightmare began when my husband tried to book a room at this hotel late at night. He actually booked through the choice hotels web page. When he got to the hotel literally 15 minutes after making the reservation the front desk clerk stated that they didn't have a room and that a room wouldn't be available until after 3pmwhich was about 12 hours later. She tried to see if there were any rooms available, there weren't. He asked her to cancel the reservation because he couldn't use the room. She refused. The next thing we know there are false charges on our credit card. We've been going back and fourth with out bank trying to get this handled. Today the manager of this hotel threatened my husband stating that " if he didn't drop this dispute you won't like the outcome" and then proceeded to removed 8,000 points on our account that was placed there by Choice Hotels corporate office. This is now a criminal action

I needed a room for one night as my husband had to stay overnight at the Modesto Sutter Hospital due to unforeseen circumstances. This is an older Hotel but recently, or so it looked, like it had been completely remodeled with new flooring, bed, furniture and linens. The bathroom was well equipped and very nice. I didn't ask for it but it turned out to be a handicap room. I checked in after 9:00 and was exhausted, looking forward to a good night's sleep. It was an adjoining room and the people next door were having a party of sorts. Very loud laughing, dropping the F-bomb in every other sentence and there must have been at least four or five people in the room including a small child. The party continued into the parking lot where someone had their car radio turned up to the thresholds of pain. I kept thinking it would end but it continued well after 11:00. Being a single woman I decided I did not want to take a chance of retaliation by turning them into the front desk. The next day I was up early and after having a light provided breakfast I checked out. I mentioned it to the morning clerk and she informed me that they also cater to the homeless and in looking it up on her computer she did say the room next to mine were homeless people with a small child. Just something to think about.

我們房間的地板有污漬，牆上的琦都剝落了，椅子在牆上都擦出印子了，書桌椅子有幾處嚴重裂口，椅墊有污漬。有一盞燈沒有按鈕可以開關燈。這是我住過最差的，我還是羅利連鎖酒店的特權會員，就因為這個地方我都不想當會員了。我發了評論然後收到經理的回覆，感覺就像是狐狸到了母雞的家裡。管理者的責任就是應該把這個地方提升上去。
