Nota 8. Atendimento muito bom das recepcionistas e serviço room service. Comida boa, pedi um peixe e um lanche e estava bem gostoso com preços justos. Hotel está em reforma, principalmente na entrada, trocando pisos da recepção. Fiquei na torre mais antiga, apartamento luxo de frente para o parque. Quarto mais antigo, sem luxo, ar condicionado antigo e achei pequeno pelo tamanho do ambiente, demorou a refrescar. Cama não é tão confortável, eles juntam duas de solteiro para virar uma de casal. Travesseiros horríveis, muito baixo, dormi com dois e não ficou bom. Toalhas de rosto e banho bem simples, nem um pouco macias ou cheirosas. Ducha bem básica e demora a esquentar. Café da manhã nota 8, básico porém satisfatório. Estacionamento de fácil acesso e gratuito, porém na madrugada fecham e você precisa ir na portaria para abrir o portão. Gostei do hotel porém não me surpreendi, para passar a noite ok, em geral nota 7.

I stayed at the hotel this September during a trip to the hydromineral stations of São Paulo and Minas Gerais and enjoyed it very much. Excellent accommodation and very attentive staff. Great breakfast a delicious dinner! Super recommendation!
