We booked a teepee for one night. Communication was excellent. We happened to be the only guests this night in February. Trish gave us a complementary upgrade to a covered wagon. Bed was comfy, coffee was a welcome surprise. We were warm and cozy with the wind blowing outside! She was very friendly and helpful. They are in the process of adding a saloon and restaurant to the property. With helicopter rides, horses ( and other animals) and its close proximity to the Grand Canyon West Rim, this property is an excellent choice!

Travelled with family and we were the only ones at the resort. We stayed in the wagon which was absolutely awesome. The only 2 things we would say were bummers were the hard memory foam bed and there was no microwave available to warm up coffee or tea. Other than that this place ROCKED! And they even had a petting zoo.. Highly recommend for families

Very cute place. The kids loved it. Staff was awesome. My only issues were there were no clear directions to get to the wagons. You go through a ranch with horses roaming and people meandering. We turned around, feeling like it was not a space for cars, and got lost driving unpacked roads and damaged our car. We also made the mistake of going to the travel stop suggested in the welcome letter. It is NOT the last travel stop available, so that was a lie. And the price gauging at that place is insane. $5.99 for a .99 cent can of Arizona Tea is an example. It’s cheaper, and only a 15 minute drive, to buy stuff from the Grand Canyon gift shop. Either way, there’s 2 dollar generals about 20/30 minutes away.

Nice clean property but: 1. We paid a lot more money to have a shower but we couldn't take one cuz water was lukewarm in freezing temperatures. 2. Price is outrageous for accommodation only. No horseback riding or any meals or even campfire wood included. 3. Blatantly false information was provided after reservation. We were informed that a gas station that apparently works with the camp is the last location for food, supplies, and gas before arrival only to find out that there are many stops with better Foods and significantly less expensive gas afterwards. 4. Never been to a facility with a checkout time of 9:00 a.m.. Way too early for vacation travelers. 5. Beware that you will not be fully refunded if you try to cancel a reservation even one hour after making reservations. I tried to cancel immediately after learning of their early checkout time but they did not accept my request.

Staff were nice and friendly. We stayed at the wagon and it was not comfortable as it was small. Check-out is 9am. If you want an 11 am checkout, it's an additional $100 for your stay. They do not have a restaurant so the food was expensive. We stayed at Grand Canyon Western Lodge after this and had a great time. They have cabins and a restaurant that served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was good and reasonably priced.

This is a new an upcoming property. It is unique and fun for the whole family. Their staff is excellent and are eager to make your stay wonderful. The only negative would be their activities are very expensive for a family.

The location is incredible, peaceful area, stunning star gazing, quiet and relaxing. A unique stay with a very friendly greeting member of staf However the shared bathroom is not a shared bathroom, it's a portaloo only with a foot pump cold water tap outside, no lighting to or inside the toilet. I had asked 3 times pre visit if the no private bathroom wagons still had access to a shower but didn't get any answer until I was on site. It's a no. When we asked if we could upgrade, the man on site was super friendly and really lovely, gave us a nice tour of the grounds and said there was one with a shower available for $100 extra as an upgrade. We were happy to pay this as I had walked round Grand Canyon all day and needed one. When he'd cleaned and prepared the wagon he said actually the office said it was $245 extra for the wagon with a shower, obviously this was too much and when we later looked up the price difference online it was only $100 so I think this was a bit of trying their luck! The logs were $25 and they were very insistent despite us saying we were going out for dinner and didn't need them, was very annoying to pay extra for them when we didn't want them in the first place and only got to sit by the fire for 10mins before we went for food. The ranch down the road has a free campfire with entertainment, marshmallows & food at a MUCH lower price. I'd recommend heading there instead for evening food and breakfast, plus if you want a campfire head there!

Rudy and Brittany were exceptional hosts. Me and my fiancé booked a room last minute, but they were able to quickly get us set up. I highly recommend this place. Great views and a quiet environment. Definitely will be returning.
