From start to finish very good, met by a very charming and helpful member of staff who was very clear on everything she told us (even though she said her English was not good), it’s very good. She also informed us that Coffee, Tea, Hot chocolate from the downstairs machine was free (what a refreshing change) & to help ourselves. Room was small but perfect, clean, modern, which was a surprise in such a distinguished building. Everything worked fine in the room etc. only downside was how hot it was, I did have a fan which I used which did help, I think air conditioning would be very difficult for this building to install. In the evening another member of staff this time a nice friendly gentleman, had chat with us asking us about our journey etc and because we were leaving early, showed us how to use the gate remote again, as we’d not taken if in when the previous member of staff showed us. So unfortunately we did not get to have breakfast so cannot comment. All in all a great stay made better by the people. Would deffinately recommend. Thank you

We booked the Pairi Daiza package, and we were thoroughly impressed with the dining experience. The restaurant provided excellent service, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast offerings were both ample and delicious, setting a positive tone for our visit. However, our overall impression was marred by some significant issues with our room: - It wasn't that clean. - Upon entering our room, we had to deal with at least 6 mosquitoes. - Regrettably, the air conditioning system appeared to be malfunctioning, leaving our room uncomfortably warm. - Only 1 small bad pillow each and 1 blanket. - The relentless presence of mosquitoes made it impossible to enjoy a restful night's sleep.. Unfortunately, this resulted in a rather unpleasant night for us. Other things that could be said: - The indoor pool felt uncomfortably cold, and the water appeared cloudy. (we didn't used it) -The outdoor pool was in a state of disrepair, with murky green water and low temperatures. - The exterior of the establishment appeared to be undergoing extensive renovations, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the place. This was particularly disappointing because we could see the immense potential the location had to offer. We believe that if these issues with the room(s) were addressed, it would greatly enhance the overall experience, potentially elevating it to a four or even five-star rating.

I have stayed here twice before but in twin rooms. They were super. This time it was a double and I found it crazy that the bed was in a corner where one person was up against the wall and had to crawl in from the foot of the bed. The bathroom area had a bad smell but which did not penetrate into the main room. Unfortunately the guest next door were loud and we didn't sleep well.

We stayed 1 night at the start of our 5 day bicycle trip. Friendly, quiet hotel, close to the highway and bicycle routes. You can bike to Mons and the famous historical boat lifts and the huge boat lift of Strépy, or to Binche, or the castle of Seneffe via nice routes.We were allowed to leave our car at the hotel parking for 5 days. Thank you so much for that. Good breakfast. The hotel is next to an industrial area, so quiet at night. There is a restaurant, where truckers come, next to the hotel. Should stay there again.

We have chosen this beautiful place for our marriage unfortunately the politeness and gentleness of some of the local managers are far from the minimum syndical you could hope for this kind of place... the evening of the marriage I hear me say By the owner that there is a seminar and that I therefore have no noise and not to enclosure the passage and that it is a privilege to let me decorate the room that I've hired over €3000 and that I've chosen it well so it is at its conditions ! My guests and my service providers have literally been attacked and threatened to be fucked at the door by madame. The commitments made by the owners have not been respected and even the evening we meet with our naked singer changing out of her room without even having the opportunity to get her scene costumes... Although we are We had a calm discussion the next morning, but I can unfortunately only give a negative opinion on this beautiful place. I can only advise you to find another place for your marriage if you want to avoid this kind of extra stress...
