S Hotel Montego Bay Reviews

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

I was there recently for my birthday. The property itself was nice but the price isn't in alignment with the amenities. There were no dinner reservations available during my stay negates the purpose of an all inclusive resort and there was a staff member who was extremely rude on our first day there. All in all it was okay- the room was lovely, other staff members were nice and helpful and the beach was nice but I probably wouldn't return.

I book in for 1 night wish i could have stayed longer the staff was very help full the hotel it self very comfortable it has every thing you would want they help me celeto celebrate my birthday

My husband and I e joyed the hotel but I wouldn’t say this hotel screamed luxury. The food was ok but not great. The drinks were decent, again not great. The staff was friendly. Definitely no type of entertainment. If you like an older crowd with no type of night life, this definitely would be the place for you.

Visited February 5 -10 2024 This by far is the very best resort we have ever been to! My wife and I both were totally satisfied with this resort. The staff was fantastic we could not have had any better service. We will definitely be back again next year!

This Caribbean gem had the best customer service we have ever experienced. It started before we even arrived with Stephanie, who reached out to us and made our dinner reservations. Every single person, from the reception desk (Andre) to the activities people (Rayna and Andre) to the person pouring our morning coffee and setting up our chairs near the pool was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Beverage service was amazing, food was good, and the entire property extremely clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

This Hotel was absolutely amazing, especially for those looking for relaxation. The staff are all very friendly and the Hotel is very clean , the rooms are spectacular and the staff will clean your room daily which I loved, the food was amazing , the live music every night was one of my favorite things about this Hotel and to top it off it has one of the most beautiful beaches with the most spectacular view . Overall one of the best Hotels I have ever been to. Will be coming back.

Jamaica is my happy place. It's the people. Fortunate enough to have visited the island twenty some odd times. S Hotel Jamaica is now my "go to" resort. Small, luxury and adults only. Only minutes from Sangster International, no need to spend 3 hours in a bus - each way. Live dj during the day and excellent live entertainment at night. Hotel is steeped in tasteful, elegant & fascinating Jamaican history. Sit in Katherine Hepburn's 1953 Stinger and snap a photo!

Cannot say enough about the staff at this property. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, attentive, and fun! The food was amazing. Some of the best food I’ve ever had at any all inclusive resort! Drinks were awesome too! I will say that the beds and pillows were horrendous. For the price you’re paying, the sleeping situation needs a major upgrade. The surrounding area is also quite an eyesore. Old abandoned buildings ruin some of the ambiance.
