Front Desk was pleasant and made up feel so welcome. The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was way more than what I expected. Will definitely stay again..

Hotel has great view that's about it. Alot of staff are very rude even the bartender lady. Pay cash for your $100 hold don't put it on your card if you're planning to use some of that money for your trip. Horrible experience!!! Don't stay here!! For price you can find better! Would give 0 stars!

I had a really nice day once again at this lovely hotel it’s one of my favorites whenever I visit Jamaica and fly into Montego Bay. I know the staff and the breakfast is super yummy. Rooms are nice and clean poolside is pleasant.

The front desk staff to begin was big warm welcome, tge whole staff was nice andthe property and everything was very clean (impressive) We will definitely be back.. oh and an amazing breathtaking mountain top view.

I booked because it was a 9.0 stars on the expedite . It’s not horrible, was fine for a night, but definitely not a 9/10.

This property is a below average hotel and they do a good job of trying to keep it clean But overall this place is not the place to be save your money and go just to resort. Some of the staff is ok but most of the staff was unfriendly and rude I will not be coming anywhere close to this place again

I recently visited in January 2024 for a birthday celebration and was very pleased. The staff was excellent! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will most definitely be staying at this location when we come back later this year.

The property is very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Driving up the hill the area may seem off but once you enter the gate, you’ll be very pleased. The lobby area is very nice and the room was very clean and updated. Restaurant was very clean and staff very pleasant. The shuttle service was convenient to the beach. I wasn’t able to take it to the airport because I had a 8 AM flight but concierge book me a taxi at a cost. The airport is literally 5 minutes away. I will definitely stay there again.
