Zoetry Montego Bay

We loved Zoetry MoBay. David, our butler was amazing. It was a girls getaway and was perfect. Met the most wonderful people. If you are looking for a place to stay, don’t overlook this quaint resort.

Zoetry Montego Bay is an excellent resort for unwinding and relaxation. Everyone there makes sure everything is good!

Not a party place. No social director. Staff #10 Food #8. Location#10 You have a great time relaxing and nobody bothers you. You get a butler to get what you might want/need. Some live music during/after dinner. Its in a quiet residential neighborhood so nothing loud. Once a week a local woodcarver sells from a table and another day there is another person sells misc souveniers. Unlike Negril, where guys stroll along the beach flogging all kinds of stuff all day.

The location and access to the beach/pool was amazing. There were max 12 couples at the place that we saw at one time. We never had to wait for a chair/cabana at the pool or even the loungers on the beach. It's very chill vibes so having patience was expected and necessary but it was what we were looking for.

This is a must stay. The staff is absolutely amazing, the food…there is no other property that feed u so much like Zoetry. The ambience there is total relaxation. U feel on top f the world. This is not a vacation that u need another vacation to recover.

This experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the beautiful beach and pool, the customer service was appalling, and the food was equally disappointing, except for the arrival and departure days. I’m deeply disappointed with the amount I spent on what was supposed to be a fantastic vacation, but I left feeling like I had just left a motel instead of a 4-5 star resort. Each day that passed only made the situation worse. The towel room was left unattended, and there was a lack of staff taking drink orders around the pool. The room service was poor, and there were other issues as well. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this hotel in Montego Bay. It’s not what it seemed, and I’m not sure why I chose to stay there.

Zoëtry Montego Bay Jamaica offered a serene escape, but service fell short. My Junior Suite was stunning and cozy, with a beautiful pool-and-ocean view from the balcony—perfect for relaxation. The staff were kind and pleasant, adding warmth to the stay. However, with renovations and only a few dozen guests, the ample staff didn’t deliver. No one offered drinks or food poolside, breakfast opened 10 minutes late at 7:00 AM with coffee served after my meal, and at dinner, I waited for a table as dirty dishes cluttered empty ones. The peaceful vibe and lovely room were overshadowed by these lapses.

Resort is very ordinary and not up to the UVC or other Zoerty resorts. Food was awful. Property is dated. Customer experience is POOR.

Very comfy rooms and great service in a beautiful beach setting. The hotel is smaller than most, which was a bonus. Staff have time gor you here, beach chairs are easy to get as it's not over-crowded. Better for couples than for families with small children. I would love to go back.
