We rested in this hotel with our family from 04/30 to 05/04/2023, my husband and I were in the same room, and my mother-in-law was the other, the rooms were almost identical, with a few exceptions, there was no refrigerator in the mother-in-law's room, and in ours there was no table with chairs, which I was in my mother-in-law's room. Let's start with the positives of the hotel, very large and comfortable beds, which could accommodate up to 4 people, the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness of the rooms, the air conditioning works perfectly, there is food and drink delivery to the rooms, excellent location around the hotel there are many eateries, cafes and restaurants with a huge gastronomic variety, boutiques and shops with clothes, shoes, souvenirs, pharmacies, there are many currency exchange points nearby, a metro station. And now the cons: our rooms overlooked the hotel lobby, which is why the room was almost always semi-dark, which created a depressing state and we had to constantly be there with the lights on, there was no hair dryer in the rooms. Another inconvenient nuance was that only one electronic key (card) was given per room, but without this card you could not even take the elevator to your floor, because to ride the elevator you also had to put the key inside the elevator before choosing the floor , and without this, the elevator simply didn’t go anywhere, but even if you try to drive with another hotel guest using his card, you won’t be able to set several floors, the elevator will drop you off on the guest’s floor, so my husband and I had to go out everywhere together, since the second one is just could not get to the floor or to the room without this electronic key.

Great regular hotel, everything is quite good, clean and comfy. Pretty good breakfasts. Good location - markets, stores, cafes right next corner. Amazingly comfortable bed, a lot of clean towels every day, air-conditioner, cattle, coffee sticks, tv, bathtub useful things. Polite and helpful stuff.

The hotel is not cost-effective, the price does not match the facilities and sanitation, the Internet is very slow, anyone can enter the hotel at will, without the security of the room card.

There is a McDonald's on the right hand side of the hall, and a convenience store and a Starbucks next to McDonald's. There are large supermarkets for 5 minutes. There are bars, restaurants, places to exchange foreign currency and GNC stores around the supermarket. There is a so-called Japanese meal called [IBARAKI], you can try it when you miss rice. It tastes good. From the hotel, turn right and walk straight through the traffic lights. There is a large shopping center on the left hand side and a Chinese food on the second floor dining area. Overall the hotel is conveniently located. Recommended

Our stay was pleasant. We only had one problem when we arrived, because in the Trip.com advertisement, the room we booked included a minibar, microwave and dining room, but when we arrived at the room, it was very simple, without any of the three, they told us That is not included, they want us to pay extra for these services. In the end, they agreed to bring the minibar and microwave to the room without paying extra, and it is best to clearly indicate what is included when booking. The breakfast is not very rich, but overall we stayed very well.
