For the price this place was excellent. A few other hotels in the town had similar low prices but only about 60% of the hotel room (sq ft) floor space.

Basically abandoned. No breakfast. Dirty pool growing bacteria. But the room was pretty clean and functional.

Let's face it, this is an older property. It was low season, so the pool and breakfast bar were closed. But the lobby and room were spotless. The staff were available and attentive. We found it to be a great value.

Room was clean and relatively quiet considering the motel is right next to a highway. Continental breakfast was nothing as "advertised"; only cold items. Glad we were there only one night.

The price was inexpensive for a motel so I didn't have high expectations. The room was adequate and it was clean. The breakfast was the worst I ever had

Very good budget hotel. No pool (“needs repair “). Good location base for visiting Mesa Verde, Moab, Canyonland-needles (with Newspaper Rock), and the Edge of the Cedars museum in Blanding (State park with village ruins and a kiva you can climb into). Very small town.

The pool was out of order 'until further notice' - no one at the check in desk in the morning to get filters for the coffee maker.

Room was ok, nothing special. Breakfast was the worst on our entire 10 day trip. Limited interaction with staff and the one person that checked us in was nice.

Truly need to repair the entry to the parking lot. Not a great first impression. Otherwise, it is what it is, an old hotel. Not in bad shape, basically clean, mostly empty.

Everything was good, though the property was dark with few lights.

Pool not available. Front desk person could not be understood. Room was not very clean. Toilet had pink ring on the water line. Not clean looking. Dead bolt would not work. Exit door on south side of building did not lock for security.
