The soundproofing is very poor, even the smallest noise from the next door can be heard clearly. The steak and chicken wings on the first floor are ok

It's an old hotel with standard services, clean rooms, and a bus to the airport, which is very convenient.

There is a bus to the airport 🚌 Parking is free. A little far from downtown Pittsburgh, the room is clean and tidy and looks quite new. Ten minutes drive from the Costco in the town. Hotel restaurant is good.

The service is very good, others are average. Because the service is very good, it deserves a special review. Breakfast is free and relatively simple. Breakfast in American hotels is almost the same. I chose to dine on the first floor of the hotel for dinner on the day I arrived at the hotel. When I checked out, I was not asked to pay again. I offered to have dinner last night, and the bill has not been settled yet. Remind the front desk not to forget. After waiting for a few minutes, he found my bill and told me that the bill was free. As for why it was free, I didn't know why. It was a surprise to get a free dinner by accident, and I gave it a special praise.

Check in was quick but forgot to give us breakfast rolls and we can only rate the service poorly. The next day we went to have breakfast, the buffet, American style, it was not bad, we took it by ourselves, the waiter was very good at serving us, we felt puzzled, the buffet waiter also helped to collect the dishes? After eating, I brought the bill and filled in the tip, only to realize that the waiter thought that we paid for breakfast at our own expense, and there was a tip for good service. After explanation, the waiter helped us get back the breakfast voucher. For breakfast on the third day, the waiter was not serving normally🤭

The airport is very convenient, suitable for business trips. The room service often forgets to put mineral water, and asks to give it every time, which is not very good, hope to improve. It's not cheap after all

Hotel is very clean

During a week of travel that was filled with nothing but challenges, when I went to check in I was told that the room choice I had selected 10 minutes prior was not available, the gentleman at the front desk was gracious and upgraded me at no charge. This hotel will be a regular stop for my trips into Pittsburgh!

Front desk staff were sweet and helpful, as was the aurport shuttle driver in the morning. Bed was incredibly comfortable, wish I had more time to spend in it. Brief stay, but very happy with it.

Comfortable clean room. Great bed and pillows. Easy check-in. Only one server in the dining room made for slower service. Door to adjoining room locked but did not close firmly which lead to sound leakage between rooms. Between the door and thin walls, we unfortunately heard everything happening in the adjacent room.

Convenient to Airport including airport van. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Showerhead is incredible. Did not like the smell of cigarette smoking wafting into the lobby with smokers permitted at the entrance. Huge turnoff.

Great stay! The airport shuttle driver was unnecessarily difficult. The hotel is definitely in need of a remodel and facelift outside.
