Scholar Morgantown, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The hotel was nice. No microwave was disappointing. Also would have been nice if parking fees were known in advance.

Staff was helpful and accomodating, provided lots of coffee in the room. Only issue was the noise one could hear from the bar across the street from the hotel, Von Blaze, very loud until the early hours of the morning. No noise ordinance in Morgantown?

Parking is never easy at this location. quite difficult to park and to walk to the entrance. Rooms are nice, have a lot of room. pillows are like rocks.

The skirt around our bed was messy - not a big deal yet noticed. Room desk was a little worn. Bathroom door was very difficult to slide. Otherwise great!

I love staying here. The rooms are clean, its right downtown and shanna the general manger as well as staff are amazing

My room was beautiful! The ladies at the desk were wonderful! Parking was easy and the location was perfect! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

I'm sorry but i cannot leave a good review for this location. there were a couple of things that i was not happy with as a Hilton honor member. here are the issues i had, 1. when my door was knocked on for house keeping , i asked if she can come back a little later and she responded to me with ( well I'm not going to be here later). i found that to be rude and then later in the day a couple of hrs later i saw the same women downstairs at the front desk. 2. when i did return to my room housekeeping was there but my bed sheets were not changed, the garbage was not removed from the room or bathroom, i did not get new towels (the used ones were only removed) and nothing was wiped down clean.3. the noise level was a big issue ( i do realize it is a college town, and it was busy) but there was a lot of non-guests in the building. i know this because i was standing outside smoking a cigar and i saw it for myself. people were going in through the side door from the parking lot. 4. my brother who is a Hilton diamond member could not use the handicap spot in the parking lot because a non-guest (two females) was using it and place a garbage can in the spot so it could not be used (all the things i am communicating to you should be on camara). 5. i also seen i was charged one price for parking and my brother was charged another price, it seems like there was Price gouging. because once he brought it up to their attention, they changed it. overall, due to this experience here at this loca

Great hotel for short -term visits to the university. It is near some of the popular bars/nightclubs so be prepared for some noise from outside on weekends. Easy access to all of downtown.

The rooms were clean, they setup a text chat so it you needed anything you could just text it. Staff was super friendly. Onsite parking $12 per day and hotel is downtown
