Hotel Agora Osaka Moriguchi

Didn’t fully get our moneys worth with this stay. Not the best location yet still pricey. Comfortable bed and perfectly clean stay. However, I asked for a late checkout and was told there was an extra 30% charge. I found this quite galling considering I’d paid for two rooms, one of which my friend had checked out of early - there was no sense of wanting to please or treat guests. Overall nice hotel but service could be improved to warrant price point.

Clean room although quite dated in design and technology. Not a perfect score as the room was too hot, the thermostat on the wall didn’t work. I asked them to turn down the aircon but they said they couldn’t turn it down, I believe everyone’s room ended up with a fan.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Agora Osaka Moriguchi! My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our time there — the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Great Hotel ! The breakfast buffet, excellent! Train station across the street! Was a great time !

The location of the hotel is very convenient, just a short walk from the station. While the reception staff who checked me in was not particularly welcoming (talking to each other for a long time and not greeting me), the overall service throughout my stay was good. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which made the stay more pleasant. One drawback was the lack of clear information about Wi-Fi in the room — either it wasn’t available or the details weren’t provided, which was a little inconvenient.

Quiet location but easy acess by keihan train, station infront of the hotel.

Overall the experience is okay, the hotel is a bit old. It is close to Metro but a bit noisy in our room as we stayed in the lower floor.
