The room is clean and tidy, the hot spring facilities are complete, the swimming pool is very comfortable, the surrounding snow-capped mountains are very beautiful, and the handsome guy at the hotel front desk is warm and thoughtful! The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Palm Springs

My family and I have been going to this spa for years and it’s always been hit or miss, this was my first time getting a room. The room looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades, did not smell nice, and had sticky carpet. Two queen beds and only 4 pillows available, front desk said they could not provide any more. The sheets were stained and just an overall sad look to the room. There are no elevators so beware if you have a room on the second floor. The restaurant is good but isn’t very nice/clean. There are rumors that homeless live at the spa and they work for board in the massage rooms. There were many sketchy people there. I would not recommend anyone to stay the night here unless they are familiar with the area and know what they are getting into. The parking area for hotel guests is sketchy and dimly lit. The pools and hot tubs were great as always.

I totally loved the vibed. I have decided each time i come down the the desert area. I will be staying there. I love that the stayed with the original setting, the original style. It was such good energy. I loved it there.

It was a nice visit but they were having some issues keeping the pools clean. Kept shutting them down and draining the water. I was there 3 days and about half the tubs were down.
The restaurant staff was nice as always but my table outside had dried bird poop on it so not clean.

This place is awesome especially with multiple pools and Jacuzzi's to enjoy and the rooms are very nice, wakey better then motel 6

Very cool vintage style resort, lots of pools. Fun view from the room. Not a state of the art facility, but if you appreciate what it was in its era, you will enjoy the stay!

Cockroaches and smells of sewer. Our room was downstairs and had a patio slider that led to an outdoor walkway. Very unsafe. Staff was understanding but could only do so much. Hot tubs were full of beer and trash, definitely needs a renovation. Left after 2 hours and didn’t stay the night. Would come back and try again once it has been fixed.
