The most terrible hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel on Bolshaya Semenovskaya 32 is a complete disappoin**ent: 1. Dirt everywhere, the room is not cleaned before check-in, hair, food scraps under the bed, near the bed. 2. There is no fan, it’s impossible to sleep, like in a sauna or like in a death row, in which you will suffocate from lack of air…. 3. There are no mugs, no forks... dirt in the dining room, where there are bags of garbage, the refrigerators are dirty, they freeze the food that you put in it. 4. Shower, a separate problem!!!! If you are not familiar with hardening, then well come, in this chapter you will learn what it is like to use boiling water for 10 seconds and ice water for 30 minutes. The staff does not react to problems at all, they just sit and crack seeds. 5. Administrators are complete rude... Like market women If your nerves are dear to you, it’s better not to visit this beach resort on BOLSHOVA SEMYONOVSKAYA 32. Better pay 200 rubles higher and find another hotel or a better hostel. The place where I spent time shook my psyche and nerves, a complete BOTTOM... This hotel does not deserve even 1 ⭐️

The rooms are small and worth the price, but it can be dirty depending on your luck. The administrators are rude, the last time I was a minute late, but they first asked me to pay an additional 1000 rubles, then they had the mercy of giving me a 500 ruble discount. When I showed them their rate of 500 rubles for late check-in, although I repeat, I was a minute late, they could have met them halfway, they said that the prices are indicated for one administrator, and there are two of them. I had to pay extra, I put it on some guy’s card, maybe it all goes past the cash register, the management should think about it. Never set foot there again and in general I don’t recommend the hostel on Elektravodskaya.

Terrible attitude. Inadequate staff. I was on a work trip. After leaving the hotel, calls began demanding the key and payment for the reservation. Everything was given and paid for the day before. I do not recommend this establishment. Provide for a change of reception staff.

The hostel is located a stone's throw from the Elektrozavodskaya metro station (the second station from the ring). Entrance is provided with shoe covers, which is nice. The room I lived in was microscopic, the free space was 1 sq. m. meter, but only one. Minus one point for lack of sound insulation. Overall, a good option for a one-night stay.

Адекватная цена за свои маленький, но уютный номер рядом с метро. Номер в целом - понравился, присутствует набор полотенец, рыльно - мыльные принадлежности. Также хочу отметить чистоту в номере и вежливого персонала. Ставлю оценку 5 за свой отличный сон.

Расположение отеля очень удобное - рядом с метро, мы были без личного транспортного средства, поэтому для нас это было важно. Номера хоть и небольшие, но чистые, ухоженные, всё необходимое под рукой. Интернет скоростной, ловит хорошо. Кровати и матрасы новые, спать комфортно. Персонал внимательный, уважительно относится к своим гостям.

Не ожидала, что бюджетный отель окажется таким комфортным. Номер чистый, уютный, с необычной отделкой под дерево. Очень приятная девушка- администратор, посоветовала отличное кафе неподалеку. Из минусов- душевая и туалет общие, но убирают каждый день, поэтому особо не напрягает.

Начну с расположения - отель находится всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от станции метро, что делает его очень удобным и доступным. Территория отеля ухоженная и благоустроенная, создающая приятную атмосферу для отдыха. Номера в отеле чистые, уютные и оборудованы всем необходимым для комфортного пребывания. Особенно порадовало качество сна - кровати очень удобные, а в номере тихо и спокойно, что позволяет хорошо отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. Хочу также отметить дружелюбный и внимательный персонал отеля, готовый оперативно решить любые возникающие вопросы.

Случайно забронировал Shelterz на Электрозаводской и не пожалел. Мини-номер оказался уютным, а матрас — просто чудо, так выспался! Идеально чисто везде. До метро — рукой подать, что после беготни по Москве на вес золота. Стены тонковаты, соседей слышно, но за такую цену рядом с центром — мелочи. Однозначно вернусь!
