"The location is in the center, 7 minutes walk from the Arbatskaya metro station, the Perekrestok store is downstairs, there is everything (including prepared food), many restaurants, our breakfast is included, this is a separate topic, the buffet line has everything and much more, sparkling wine and freshly squeezed juice, gourmet fish and blue cheeses, etc. The suite has everything you need, slippers and robes, all hygiene, snow-white linen and towels, a capsule coffee machine, bottled water, tea, coffee, cream, everything is there, the room is generally for two, but there are three of us, a double bed and a sofa bed fit perfectly, cleanliness all around is perfect, you refuse cleaning the room you get a wooden token, you can exchange it at the bar for any drink for all guests (this saves nature, I honestly did not understand what the connection was, but I took the token) there is only no cleaning, but otherwise everything will be brought upon any request They will change and replenish it. I recommend this place to everyone, I will definitely come back myself!"

"The attitude was unbelievably bad, but the location was excellent. They took advantage of Chinese guests. On the first day, they told me the room I booked was unavailable and offered me an alternative. I agreed, only to find it was an attic room, requiring me to carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. The attic had two cramped rooms, and upon entering, it was incredibly run-down, similar to an old-fashioned guesthouse in China. I initially thought this was just how a century-old hotel was. There was urine in the toilet and two or three ants crawling on the bed. Since I was with my child, and it was already 3 or 4 AM back home, I just focused on getting the child to sleep. Unable to sleep myself, I contacted Ctrip customer service. They immediately helped me arrange a room change. The next day, when I moved into a regular floor room, I was even angrier – it was like a five-star hotel! Ctrip's service was fantastic; they mentioned that communication with the hotel in Russia was difficult but apologized for our experience and offered 650 RMB in compensation. It wasn't about the amount of money, but Ctrip's attitude made me feel very comfortable."
