"I'd come back to Moscow just for this hotel. I learned about this hotel, which has existed since 1905, from the book 'A Gentleman in Moscow.' It truly lives up to its reputation as the 'flower of Russian hotels.' I stayed for three nights and was extremely satisfied. Our room was a 'Historical Suite,' which actually consisted of two separate rooms, two beds, and two bathrooms, separated by a curtained door. It would comfortably accommodate a family of four, though it was just my father and I traveling. The breakfast was incredibly lavish and of very high quality, featuring champagne, caviar, various fresh juices, and a wide array of food. The staff were both attractive and highly professional. The Savva restaurant inside the hotel, which I believe used to have a Michelin star, was excellent; I had one meal there and would highly recommend it. The borscht, fish, and meat were all very good. In short: it's expensive for a reason, and I'll definitely be back."

And there is no receipt, just kill me with a smile! I spent 10 minutes insisting on asking for the receipt and contacting Ctrip. Of course, it was useless. There was a refrigerator fee! I just heard it wrong! I store 300 rubles of milk for 3000 rubles! I heard him wrong! ? ! In the end, Ctrip gave me a 120 coupon. I personally feel that Ctrip did not do enough. The hotel doesn’t provide enough toiletries every day. You don’t care whether I use them or not. After I clear the table, you should put them according to the guest room linen requirements. How can a St. Regis hotel that costs nearly 2,000 yuan a night have this kind of structure and management? The floor mat next to the bed is also missing day by day. Once I tried to leave a tip of 200 rubles, and it was handled well. However, I had already asked the local international students before coming here. This is not a tipping country. There is no need to tip, including when eating and paying the bill. The waiter took it. A handwritten note (RECOMMEND 10% TIP), but when I asked for change, the tip was compulsorily collected. After carefully looking at the local diners around me, I didn’t see the waiter take out the small piece of paper... "I'm thrilled with the hotel! My husband gave us a gift for our wedding anniversary – we stayed in the presidential suite at this hotel. I think it's called the Empire. It has a luxurious bathroom, two bedrooms, and even a sauna. The room has everything! From the smallest toiletries to a washing machine and even a prayer rug. This surprised me greatly, as I'd never seen anything like this in a room before and for a long time I couldn't figure out what it was for. The hotel is located in the heart of the capital's party scene and central attractions. The Kremlin is a 15-minute walk away. Petrovka Street is certainly enchanting during evening strolls; the surrounding area has a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel staff is a whole other story. They are very attentive, responsive, and always smiling. Whatever you ask, they help with such zeal, as if they were just waiting for our request. The hotel is apparently brand new; everything is very fresh and clean. Special thanks to the staff for the hearts with swans for our anniversary."
