Pentahotel Moscow, Arbat ★★★★
"Unfortunately, the staff there showed no respect or consideration for guests and raised their voices at people in the reception area. I only found one respectful person, who was of another nationality, and one very disrespectful woman named Eira."
Metropol Hotel ★★★★★
"Excellent service and attentive staff. The waiters at breakfast were very courteous, and the front desk allowed us to check out a few hours later. We felt like the most welcome and anticipated guests, which is the most important thing in a hotel. The mattress was comfortable. We stayed in a historic room; the decor was a bit dated. Next time, we'll opt for a modern room."
Mercure Moscow Paveletskaya ★★★★
"Quite good and very convenient."
Ibis Moscow Centre Bakhrushina ★★★
"Great location, very close to the mall and within walking distance to the Metro. The accommodation was extremely clean, 10/10!"
Artcourt Moscow Center Hotel (ex. Courtyard by Marriott City Center Hotel) ★★★★
"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from Red Square and roughly 8-10 minutes from the metro station. The room facilities are a bit basic, like a guesthouse, but the hygiene is quite good. The bed is soft but doesn't cause any back pain. The front desk staff speak good English and are very friendly and welcoming."
Movenpick Moskva Taganskaya Hotel ★★★★★
A 5-star hotel with high standards of hospitality, just 200 meters from the Taganskaya metro station.
Hotel Izmailovo Gamma ★★★
The Izmailovo Kremlin is just a 4-minute drive away, and the Izmailovo Estate is also a 4-minute drive away.
Novotel Moscow City ★★★★
"Very good"
Moscow Marriott Imperial Plaza Hotel ★★★★★
The hotel boasts a prime location in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from Komsomolskaya Square and the Moscow Metro's Circle Line.

The Watson Hotel
"The hotel renovation is certainly "tired", BUT! For a hotel of this category, the service was super. The room had robes, dental supplies, slippers (which is not always the case in 3 stars). They changed toothbrushes every day, the cleaning was high-quality. Bed linen and robes are clean, fresh. The location of the hotel is very good, so I recommend it"
Alekseevskiy Business-Hotel
"I stayed in a single room. The location is near residential and office buildings; it's about a 12-minute walk to the nearest subway station. I think the location is acceptable, and it's very quiet. The facilities are so-so, or rather, very so-so 😂; the single room uses a key to open the door, not a key card. The chairs inside were also very dirty. Because I was going back to my home country, I didn't proactively ask the registration office if it was possible to process the application, and they didn't mention it at all during check-in and check-out. (So if you need this service, it's best to contact them by phone beforehand.)"
Alexander Club Hotel
"Staff was really responsible and impressive"
Soluxe Hotel Moscow
"The hotel's location is relatively convenient, especially for business travelers, but it's a bit far from major tourist attractions. It's a good distance from VDKNH, making it convenient to visit along the way. It's a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, and there are shopping malls and a subway station nearby. Amenities: Fully equipped with electric curtains, universal plugs (both Chinese and European standards), and even underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The hotel also has an ATB bank ATM, allowing you to withdraw rubles directly with UnionPay cards – very convenient for both large and small amounts. Cleanliness: Impeccable. Environment: Opposite a Chinese garden, many locals and expats come to visit."
Baltschug Kempinski Moscow
You'll find a wonderful variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, and pharmacies all under one roof.
Radisson Blu Olympiyskiy Hotel, Moscow
The Bolshoi Theatre and Saint Basil's Cathedral are just a 10-minute drive away.
The St. Regis Moscow Nikolskaya
"The service concept is very poor. Room 206 does not have air conditioning. We negotiated from the afternoon to 12 o'clock in the morning but it was not resolved. Finally, I was forced to lose my temper before they were willing to send someone up to change the room. I am also drunk with the level of St. Regis. I will go there directly when I come to Moscow next time."
Ibis Moskva Kievskaya Hotel
"The breakfast is delicious. The bed is a bit small, but you can sleep well. The soundproofing is very good. There is a water dispenser in the corridor for hot and warm water. Facilities: good Hygiene: acceptable Environment: convenient surroundings Service: English is available, communication is no problem"
Azimut Hotel Olympic Moscow
Make the most of your downtime with our leisure amenities: a yoga class, an indoor pool, and a hot tub.
Novotel Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport
"Facilities: Old and unreasonable, the kind where the water is all over the place when the faucet is turned on. There is a window. Can't open. Facing the lobby, you can clearly see the rooms going up and down the elevator. It can be said that there are no windows. There is no exhaust fan. Hygiene: Dust allergies, two weeks in Moscow, only crazy allergies in this hotel. Really not recommended to stay. Environment: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. You can only eat at the buffet on the first floor, which is quite expensive. Service: Discrimination. I really don’t recommend staying here. If you don’t believe me, read other people’s comments."
Adagio Moscow Kievskaya
"The room is quite good in Moscow, the breakfast is good, the surrounding transportation is very convenient, the subway station is very close, and it is only three stops to Red Square"
Palmira Business Club
"Excellent hotel! Highly recommend."
Okno
"I'm thrilled with the hotel! My husband gave us a gift for our wedding anniversary – we stayed in the presidential suite at this hotel. I think it's called the Empire. It has a luxurious bathroom, two bedrooms, and even a sauna. The room has everything! From the smallest toiletries to a washing machine and even a prayer rug. This surprised me greatly, as I'd never seen anything like this in a room before and for a long time I couldn't figure out what it was for. The hotel is located in the heart of the capital's party scene and central attractions. The Kremlin is a 15-minute walk away. Petrovka Street is certainly enchanting during evening strolls; the surrounding area has a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel staff is a whole other story. They are very attentive, responsive, and always smiling. Whatever you ask, they help with such zeal, as if they were just waiting for our request. The hotel is apparently brand new; everything is very fresh and clean. Special thanks to the staff for the hearts with swans for our anniversary."
Adagio Moscow Paveletskaya
"The hotel is quiet and 100% safe. Cleanliness is 100/109, but keep in mind that cleaning only happens after a certain period. However, they are extremely helpful. Its location is relatively far from Red Square; it's about a 39-minute walk or a 15-minute drive. It's close to the metro, which makes getting around convenient. Its location on the map is incorrect, and this isn't unique to the hotel."
Petroff Palace Boutique Hotel
"Surprisingly good. Although it doesn't feel like a traditional hotel, it still has a millennial five-star hotel atmosphere, and the addition of this ancient building. The room is very stylish, a little old, but very clean, very, very clean. The facilities are all good, and the mattress is very comfortable. The price is unbeatable."
