Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab.
Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Gosto bastante do hotel, é a segunda vez que vou com minha família. Gosto de todos os ambientes, desde as áreas comuns, os quartos, e principalmente a parte das piscinas. O check in foi feito rapidamente, já havíamos feito o pré check in online. O funcionário da recepção Daniel foi muito legal com a gente, nos deu todas as informações necessárias e nos fez nos sentirmos em casa, me ajudou também a receber um item que iriam entregar no hotel pra mim e eu estava com dificuldade de contatar o entregador, ele se prontificou em me ajudar, isso fez muita diferença pra mim (obrigadaa Daniel). Só tenho um ponto sobre o quarto: as portas estão meio ruins (quarto 166). E sobre a segurança, acho meio inseguro que qualquer pessoa pode entrar no hotel e entrar na área dos quartos. Fora isso, a estadia foi incrível e com certeza volto mais vezes.

Sempre agradável a experiência no Thermas, mas o que me traz aqui é o STAFF! Que equipe gentil, que tratamento delicado! De todos! Da recepção, do parque, do sushi (Onsen), camareiras, TODOS EXTREMAMENTE GENTIS! Parabéns, equipe! Quanto ao hotel, sempre ótimo, aguas termais relaxantes, quartos condizentes com o valor da diária, uma maravilha para relaxar!

Morei em Mossoró na década de noventa e o hotel era referência no segmento. A estrutura é enorme e o formato ainda impressiona mesmo depois de mais de quarenta anos da sua inauguração. A grande questão é que como o hotel passou alguns anos fechado antes que o novo grupo assumisse, a necessidade de manutenção é evidente em todos os aspectos.

Excelente hotel. Café da manhã muito bom, academia, piscina e atendimento excepcional, principalmente o pessoal da recepção, em especial a Senhorita Pollyana. Tenho certeza de que voltarei mais vezes para Mossoró e, claro, ficarei hospedado no Thermas.
