A beautiful B&B with a view From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in the company of a long lost friend! Everything about this place was wonderful. The antiques, the wonderful breakfast. The owner was amazing and we cannot wait to return.

Great location in the quiet town of Center Harbor on Lake Winnipesaukee. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. Close to some great dining, great getaway for the weekend. We will certainly return.

Thais ( the Innkeeper) and her staff are second to none! My wife and I stayed at Sutton Home for my birthday and we were both blown away by the condition of the property and how willing the staff was to go out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible! The Chef, Sally made the most wonderful breakfast for us each morning and stuck around long enough to have a friendly conversation. All in all, we his place is a SOLID 10/10, especially if you like historical homes with incredible hospitality! Thanks again Thais! We can’t wait to come back!
