The property is getting old. The air conditioner unit runs like a rant and goes on and off due to the temperature control. There is no option to keep the fan on with air conditioning therefore, you can choice either no heat/cold and ambient sound. It is very annoying. As of the gym, two out of two treadmills are out. Not too much option.

Room was very nice and accessible for people with needs. Saw staff cleaning everyday which was comforting. Maria was very good and turned the room over in request. Breakfast was good- had the made to order breakfast. Will stay again.

Friendly staff. Enjoyed eating at next door bar and grill. Very convenient after a long drive. Room was a little noisy. We could hear people talking next door.

Smiles and happiness everywhere. I walked in to check in and saw Mahogany, from my last visit and she recognized me. She had a big beautiful smile and gave me the biggest hug. I said last time I was here, I gave you and Zondra a great review and she thanked me and said it was posted on the mirror in the room near front desk. Mahogany was leaving for the day so I met Kristen. Kristen had a beautiful smile and helped us check in and was very professional and happy. That goes a far way to a customer. While on the elevator, we met Manuel. What a sweetheart he is. He was so nice and his smile was wonderful. We LOVE this hotel. We LOVE all of the happy employees we’ve met. You are hiring all the right people. Keep up the great work!!!!!

The customer support was really good, the accommodations were standard. It was really helpful to has RSG bar and grill next door, I ate all of my meals in that location.

Staff was friendly, but for or a hilton garden inn i felt it was a bit shabby.....Pool was freezing
