The staff was accommodating while staying here. Needed to switch rooms due to the room nott being clean and they switched rooms immediately and that was much appreciated.

HORRIBLE hotel. Upon coming into the hotel the front desk SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. The room SMELLED LIKE CIGARETTES and they refuse to change the room. Instead, they offer to send someone to spray the room with Febreze (which they never came). I even saw a roach in the room. I asked to get new sheets and they said I had to change the bed myself. Please DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

No heat no coffee, dirty heat went out no overnight staff to assist, a lot of noise would never recommend assistant manger was a rude woman!! Terrible place DO NOT STAY HERE

The room was clean and cozy..!! Convenient parking.. I was expecting inclusion of utensils as it consists stove.. but no utensils..!!

I liked the customer service that was given. I didn't like how the central air and heating unit was not fully functional (only AC was coming out; making the room chilly).
