服務熱情，設施新，早餐也很好。唯一缺點衞生不細緻，電視遙控器上有紅色的不知明物，用濕巾擦了多遍，才乾淨，讓人心理很不舒服。建議加強衞生的細緻程度。

1，酒店服務方面都很熱情，尤其是前台的，客房服務人員送東西很快。2，酒店的早餐特別好吃，自助的各種各樣的水果，蔬菜，牛奶很豐富的。3，衞生打掃的好乾凈，新開的一點兒裝修味兒都沒有。
對墨玉縣來説這個酒店服務，環境，衞生，早餐 最好的，來到墨玉的朋友們不要錯過機會一定要選擇墨鈺大酒店。

酒店非常不錯，位置也很好。
從進酒店保安主動幫忙拿行李和前台的熱情服務都非常滿意，酒店的房間裏空調時刻都保持着最佳温度，非常貼心，入住時還有贈送的酸奶。早餐也非常滿意菜品種類齊全，這應該是疆內所有縣裡最好的酒店了，和市裡四五星寄酒店相差無幾。以後來墨鈺這家酒店絕對是首選。

酒店設施 環境都沒啥問題，早餐各種菜的盤子看起來比較豐富，但是不知道補餐，導致到的晚的人啥都沒了，這個服務對不起這裝修了。
