I stayed in the hotel for one day, the rooms were good and had all the amenities, the only thing was that it was cold in the room. The heating hasn't been turned on yet, and it's cool outside at night. The staff is friendly. Breakfast for three is better to go eat in a cafe

三人自由行，訂了家庭房。房間不大但很舒適，海參崴很冷但房間提供兩個電暖器還有自身安裝的暖氣。浴室洗澡水很熱，早餐自助也非常不錯。酒店地理位置比較好，去景點，商場都很近。附近有家比較熱門的格魯吉亞菜supra，離海邊也很近。酒店工作人員也很負責，熱心。很滿意：）

離車站比較近。但是如果有行李的話 還是要打的。酒店星級的話 大概1-2星級最多。房間裏臭味，地毯臟臟的。當時穿着衣服睡覺。但是估計那邊沒有更好的酒店。綏芬河這方面還是不行。估計當地的標準就是這個樣子…

來綏芬河旅遊，選了這家酒店，入住體驗一般
位置：稍微有點偏，不過綏芬河也不大，門口沒有吃的。酒店門口有停車場可以停車
房間：酒店大堂搞得還不錯，但是房間就不敢恭維了，一是面積小，裝修設施材質都比較簡單，衹有個很小的桌子和小凳子。最差的就是房間有股異味，是廁所下水的味道，尤其是早上更加明顯。這個房間價格在綏芬河也不算低了，真心不咋地。
早餐：品種還可以，餐廳環境也不錯。服務員挺熱情的

據説是4星酒店，但是實際感受也就2星，房間很大，但是房間裏除了床和沙發外什麼都沒有，東西衹能放在沙發上，衞生間較小，淋浴房水沖，但是下水不行，房間有煙味。門口有停車場但是吃完晚飯回來後沒有車位了，希望今後改進吧～

南方朋友提個小小的意見，按金就別急着收了，把熱水問題解決才是正事，前台小姑娘語氣也別那麼沖，不是所有的問題一句“怪我嘍”就完事了，有的問題check-in 的時候善意的提醒下，就能避免了

總體來説還是不錯，但是房間設施不像網上描述新裝修的樣子，前台小孩很熱心幫忙解決了電視，洗澡等問題，很耐心的介紹了旅遊景點。希望設施設備能得到改善

首先攜程對酒店的介紹有誤，寫了2023年開業，看了大堂和電梯，會誤認為是造舊的設計呢。酒店門口可以停車，房間衞生比較好，床品乾淨衞生，服務員服務也很努力，無奈設施實在太差，服務員的服務也抵消不了設施的老化，簡陋。屋裡燈都不能全亮，説第二天給修，電視衹能看一個台，是這次旅行住了十多個同級別酒店裡最差的，早餐還不錯，能夠吃好。
