FabHotel Aksa International Andheri East

Andheri Mumbai|0.33km from Hiranandani Lighthall
Our WORST stay ever in this hotel - Fab Hotel Aksa International, (Saki Vihar road, Mumbai) Sheet terribly stained with yellow stains (body fluids) Cockroaches were crawling all over... we counted a dozen at least! TV DTH not charged. Hence not working.... Only after complaining to the service staff, it was restarted - after a 30 min wait and several reminders There were several mosquitoes in the room. An empty repellant container was plugged in. No one picked the phone at reception and I had to walk there myself to search for a service boy to replace the repellant canister. Hot water was not available.... The geyser has to be switched on by removing the false ceiling and using a stick to switch on the button in the concealed geyser! Even then it would keep tripping... Eventually, I had my bath in cold water. We asked the bearded thin front desk boy for our breakfast to be sent at 7am and he told us to inform the night shift boy. I cannot understand why he could not have written it down and passed it on to the night shift... Very poor service etiquette. Eventually we called later in the night and placed our order for toast with jam and butter and coffee without sugar... We got toast with butter only and coffee with sugar! All in all a pathetic experience. This property was quite nice all ***** while it was new and we have stayed here a dozen times over the past 2 years. However it has degraded terribly.

The room is quite big for family outings, with kitchen, washing machine, etc. Breakfast on the first floor is simple, but it is ok, simple Indian breakfast However, I feel that it is not suitable for business trips. This family-run hotel is difficult to find. It is hidden in the community. There are many unit buildings in the community.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Keys Hotel, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great hospitality offered by yash rahane . Overall, I had a memorable stay at Keys Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, great dining, and outstanding service made it a standout experience.
