We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

After having to leave some terrible accommodation we had booked for our 10th Wedding Anniversary late in the evening we luckily found the Amphitrite Suites and Chrysavgi. Chrysavgi saved us at 9pm and quickly checked us in to one of her beautiful immaculate hottub suites, saying sorry I couldn’t get completely clean in time she must have been joking! The room rate was half the cost of the original overpriced hellhole we had originally booked and came with a fantastically cooked local breakfast consisting of omelettes, breads, yoghurts and cakes which even managed to stretch out for lunch too! On our second night Chrysavgi moved us to a plunge pool suite which had an amazing view of Pyrgos and the sea and a lovely chill out lounge and kitchen. This amazing place only opened this year and really is a hidden treasure, thank you so much Chrysavgi for letting us stay at your amazing hotel

I had two separate bookings here and my arrival times for both were during very obscure hours due to my ferry and flight times. Regardless, check in was extremely simple and smooth both times with constant communication. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a bigger than usual fridge plus kettle and wall mounted tv. It’s located very close to the airport and has several supermarkets and places to eat within a five minute walking distance. The pool was nice and had enough depth and length for a decent swim. The woman who assisted me was very helpful and friendly the entire time and was flexible given my situation. She also assisted with questions and recommendations after the fact and allowed me to use the pool and shower after checkout time. I’d Recommend a car if you want to explore the island but there is also a bus stop near by.

We stayed at the Blue Dolphin last month and I'm not sure we stayed at the same hotel as described by previous contributors. While the hotel is comfortable and the staff are pleasant and helpful (a special shout out to Niki who was very very kind and offered much helpful advice and assistance) there are a couple of negatives. First and foremost, the hotel can only be accessed (at least when we were there) via very steep steps, so anyone with any disability or those who have mobility issues will likely have much difficulty navigating the steep descent to the hotel, even more so when having to climb up the incline when leaving the hotel. Another difficulty is the center of town is quite a walk from the hotel given a steep walk - great walking into town downhill, but rather a strenuous walk uphill - especially on the cobbled streets/pavements. Certainly no need to book time at the gym if you stay here! Another minor point: breakfast is included and it was kindly delivered to our room each morning; though it was fairly basic and was exactly the same each morning. While thankful for the meal, it would have been a nice touch to have changed the ingredients every now and again. Also, I'm not sure if it was due to the off-season or construction, but there was no bar, restaurant, lounge area etc. at the hotel during our stay. Also, during the time of our stay there was ongoing construction in very close proximity to the hotel, literally just feet away from our room, which meant many loud workers and machinery starting work around 7.30am. While I understand the need to do this work in the off-season, it would have been nice for the hotel to have given us notice of the disruption at the time of booking. And, given that donkeys were used to transport heavy material to and from the site, helpful to have given warning to take much care traversing the steep steps that were littered with donkey poop. While our stay was enjoyable and the staff pleasant and helpful, I'm afraid I will look for alternative accommodation when next we return to Santorini.

We stayed at Nissos for a week as a group of 13 (+ baby) for a friends wedding and the hotel was perfect for us! The staff were all absolutely lovely, so relaxed and incredibly accommodating. The location is smack bang in the middle of Thira as well as being minutes from the bus station to explore the rest of the island. Couldn’t recommend staying here more- definitely request the room with the mega terrace overlooking the pool- iconic. Thanks again to all the staff you made our week wonderful!

I don't have anything bas to say about this hotel. Staff and owners of the hotel are really really nice, polite and good persons. Hotel is really clean, on the great position in the center of the island and wherever you go, you need the most 20 min to arrive there. Also whatever you need, you can ask people from the hotel and they will help you with smile.

We stayed in the Royal Suite on our honeymoon. The location couldn't be better, and the rooms were of a very high standard. Considering the size of the room and the facilities, I think that the cost performance is quite good in Santorini. The Royal Suite has a special feeling because you can enter the private area immediately from the restaurant. The main pool was a heated pool, and there were chairs and a bar counter in the pool. Enjoy delicious cocktails at the pool bar while soaking in the pool. Especially the restaurant is very high quality. It was a taste of the level that goes even in Japan. It wasn't that expensive, and it was an average price setting in Santorini, so it's recommended even if you only use the restaurant.

The host is the best! He was very hospitable, helped us a lot with our itinerary and transportation, also helped us store our luggage, and even lent the bathroom for us to shower even after check out. The room is very clean, the bathroom is really big, the bathtub is the most comfortable I have ever used. There is a swimming pool outside the room for sunbathing and swimming in comfort. The breakfast also surprised me very much. It will be delivered to the room at 8 o'clock. It is delicious and sincere. If I have the chance to come back again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very clean and very clean. The bathroom is a little dark and in the shower, very little pressure and sometimes the water is not very hot (it is not necessarily disturbing the summer but at this time we had cold in the first 2 days). We had a room with jacuzzi and views of the boiler: we see that the jacuzzi has already lived well but was clean. From the room we can take the footstep along the boiler to go to Fira (about 45 min-1h) or if you want to go a far longer walk, we can walk to Oia (2h30). The breakfast room offers a beautiful panoramic view of the boiler as well. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. In short, very good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. As many hotels and restaurants on the island, it remains expensive for what it is, we pay mostly the view but it is so beautiful that we forget a little that point there (for my part).
