The hotel itself is perfect if you’re on a business trip (like myself). But the staff, absolutely terrible. My first night, the attendant appeared to be drunk. Arguing in front of your customer, while on the job, not very professional. Another night, I waited almost 30 minutes at the front desk for the attendant. Only to be rudely argued with because he wasn’t present. Come to find out, it was actually the manager. I will be making a corporate complaint because it’s just unacceptable. If you’re in this kind of service, you’re expected to provide it. The cost and room are absolutely affordable and accommodating. The staff is not suitable to represent the hotel at all.
