Mundy Township Hotels with Breakfast

The staff were all very friendly from the front desk staff to the breakfast attendant to the housekeeping staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here if I return to this area in the future.

The courtyard was dated. Floor of the pool and spa area was sandy needed to be cleaned. Definitely not up the courtyard standards

I spend at least a dozen days in Flint every year and had gotten accustomed to staying downtown at the Hilton Garden Inn. It was full this trip so I stayed at the Hyatt Place Grand Blanc for the first time. The rate was lower than the downtown hotel, parking was so much easier and free, it has a pool, restaurant is cheaper (I still can't find anything to eat on the menu because of my dietary restrictions - not great for gluten free people); and the rooms are spacious, new, super super clean and comfortable. Plus the price includes a full cooked breakfast. Glasses and china cups are provided in the room, which matters to me. I don't like using paper or plastic cups. Breakfast was served out of Le Creuset pots which made me feel at home :) Staff is super friendly and made everything so easy. They really think of everything. Couldn't recommend more highly! And HVAC is quiet and effective and easy to use, bedding the right warmness - usually hotel bedding is too hot. This is my new favorite place to stay in Flint!

Service was ok. Could use some training- at check-on my key was set on the counter and the lady just walked away… Location is good!- Meijer is down the street. My room- the tub was dirty. Curtains stained. Floor was wet from the fridge (I think), which also wasn’t working. Called front desk and was told they would send someone up or something and never got a follow up call. Once the hotel gets upgraded I’m sure it’ll look awesome. Had a lot of open space. It was odd for my room to overlook the lobby, seems a bit intrusive to the guests.
