Very clean, comfortable room, close to the subway and generally not far from the city center.

Great quiet location. There's a supermarket on the ground floor where you can buy snacks and drinks. The room was very clean and well-maintained.

Hotels near Munich Central Station were expensive, so I opted for this one a bit further out. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but the rooms and lobby had a very stylish and clean atmosphere, which was great! Conveniently, the nearest DM and supermarket are open on Sundays, which is rare and very helpful! The front desk staff were also very kind, and my stay was very comfortable!

So disappointed, it was much worse than I expected. Small and run-down. I thought it would be a clean hotel, just a bit out of the way, but it turned out to be a completely unreliable, lousy place. The pillows were lumpy and just collapsed when you rested your head on them. The towels looked dirty, not even white. The window only had a blackout curtain, no sheer curtain. There was no desk, just a small stool next to the bed. The wainscoting had stains. The shower pressure was weak and the water kept going hot and cold. There was absolutely no space to open a large suitcase. No fridge. I suspect the previous good reviews are fake. Also, the location wasn't as convenient as I thought. From the station, you have to walk to the very end of the platform, go up over a footbridge, and then walk along a road that's currently under construction. No matter where you want to go, you have to go to the East Station and take this route. Unless it's incredibly cheap, I really don't recommend booking it. The official photos are very misleading.
