The hotel is 4 minutes walk from the Sbahn 1 route from the airport to the city (during the day every 20 minutes) and 5 minutes walk from the U3 underground (during the day every 12 minutes) and is in the "M" ticket zone, the least expensive. Even though it is close to the transport network it is quiet with good double glazing and shutters. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms in good condition, and breakfast can be delivered to your room. There are cafes about 7 minutes walk away, pass under the railway line and turn right, the centre of Moosach is about another 5 minutes with restaurants and pubs. The hotel has a free Internet access and free parking, and can advise on how to best get to tourist sites.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 15 minute ride by rain to city center. Check-in is smooth, hotel is clean and self-parking works well. BUT, the bed had terrible sheets (probably a high ratio of polyester or smth) and the room smelled of paint. We had no choice but to keep the window open but that meant it was too noisy to sleep. We must have only slept for 3-4 hours. Disappointing experience.

The room itself was incredible- there were two bedrooms and a full kitchen, with great amenities throughout. The place was clean and a pleasure to stay in, at a very affordable price, with free parking! The people who ran the hotel were incredibly friendly and made sure we were well equipped and gave great recommendations for exploring the city

Super close to the train, and plenty of scooters around, which was great. Staff was very friendly. Very small hotel. Shower did not drain and towels were obviously extremely worn. Our friend had the suite which was much nicer. Good simple place to stay for Oktoberfest!

Super helpful and nice owners. They helped us with the ubahn and sights nearby. Rooms are not fancy but they are clean and perfect for a place to sleep since you’ll be checking out the city anyway.

We had a change of plans that forced me to cancel our reservation at this hotel. Even though I gave them a weeks notice they had a non-standard cancellation policy. They were able to resell the room but refused to provide a refund say impolite statements such as "not our problem" "read the booking confirmation" "that is our business." Admittedly it was my error, but I don't think they needed to be this rude.
