Perfection! We spent 7 nights at Joali and it was outstanding in all aspects, superseding any expectation we had. A warm arrival greeted us after a long journey and whisked to our villa by the wonderful Latheef, our jadugar (butler) who could not have looked after us better, he is a legend. All requests can be arranged via WhatsApp, which made our experience seamless. Our villa offered everything you could dream of from a plush bed, gorgeous view, private pool, sunbeds, hammock, platform to swim straight from the villa. The housekeeping were excellent and attended to us well throughout our stay. You have a choice of whether to cycle around the resort on your personalised bike or be escorted by your jadugar via buggy. One of our highlights was the food offerings, every restaurant served high quality / the best in the industry meals which are incomparable to elsewhere. We especially loved food created by Mehmet Sahim (at the restaurant Tu’hu), who organised the most delicious Turkish/ Mediterranean private treehouse dinner menu taking into account my dietary restrictions and was one of the best meals of our life, and when we attended the main Tuh’hu restaurant he also created a special offering for us. Aside from the food itself the locations of the restaurants were stunning and incredibly romantic (we stayed over valentines). The resort also offers a decent gym, great water sports / diving facilities and puts on daily activities for guests to enjoy such as cooking classes, wine tasting, sake tasting and crafts at a small surcharge. Honestly this is hands down one of the most magical and perfect hotels we’ve encountered, couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Simply Amazing from arrival to departure. I have been to the Maldives 4 times now and I love this place. Great Staff , Great food, very clean and even one of the best massages I have ever had . The General Manger Shifaz Hassan was amazing, he gave us an upgrade and attended to our needs himself, he was very kind. Our Butler Yusri , was really great booked us everything in advance from restaurants, spa etc.. and got us everything we needed when we needed. I also loved the festive Chris**as decorations, and the New Year’s party was lovely and fun! A luxury 5 star experience that you are getting what you expected and more. I would definitely go back.

Our Jadugar Viennie was very nice and all the activities were well organized by her. All the staff on the island were extremely friendly, which made us feel very comfortable. The coaches in marine centre were very professional and brought us a great experience in snorkelling extravaganza and turtle quest. A great vacation in JOALI！

We are coming for honeymoon, stay for 6 nights, we try beach villa and sunset water villa ,beach villa more big, and water Villa very good for pictures, the hotel was amazing, the service was excellent, we have butler Regina, everything she done for us , was perfect, and here has a lot restaurant, Vandhoo and Saple is my favorite, especially Saoke, quality food and nice staff, and vandhoo Chinese chef Vincent , everyday can met him in buffet, definitely coming back, here the sea view is great, seat in balcony watching the stars, feeling so good

Chinese butler Regina is exceptionally warm and hospitable, offering an excellent service attitude. She is almost always responsive to our requests and has swiftly resolved minor issues we encountered. Even during a snorkeling excursion when a sudden storm arose, she promptly arranged for assistance to get me safely ashore. Her dedication and responsibility are commendable. Additionally, the honeymoon arrangement she provided was superb. The view is as good as ever, the snorkeling conditions are good, there are lots of small fish, the taste of the tuhu restaurant is not quite to the Chinese appetite, and the buffet and breakfast are of good quality. At the same time, the room will leak in during a huge storm, because there is a small hole in the bottom of the window, which is a very easy problem to solve, only a small rubber plug is needed, hope this will not happen again.

The day of check-in was a sunny day. We love Gandhi buffet, the food was amazing, and our Butler arranged the honeymoon spa for us, very relax . The sea water in Madai was super blue. Regina is our butler, she is amazing and perfect . The days on the island passed super fast. It was a very pleasant experience!

Everything was better than we expected: the food, service, personnel, facilities, and the range of activities at the resort are amazing. Special thanks to our butler Misbah; he did his best, and our trip was fantastic. It felt like home, and we will never forget this mesmerizing experience! Definitely one of the best trips ever!!!
