Viva Blue & Spa

Wow! What an incredible hotel this is. We stayed here self carting and had a room with a whirlpool which was the perfect set up for us. The whirlpool and room were cleaned every day by the staff even though the room said it would only be cleaned 5/7 days. Extra towels were always provided and the hotel is extremely well maintained and clean. The system they have in place is brilliant. The fact that your room key and a room tab is held on your hotel wristband just makes life so much easier because I didn’t hear the famous holiday sentence ‘who’s got the room key?’ once. The onsite shop is also very well equipped, reasonably priced (compared to other local shops) and open all day from 8 until 10. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The entertainment people were also fantastic and all the children seemed to be having a great time due to the activities they put on during the day/evening. Carla is amazing, she’s always got a smile on her face and she was great with our little boy. The entertainment on an evening was very good and the room was always full. The bar and table service were on point because the staff were very attentive. Sito is a credit to the bar team, he was so friendly and always had a smile on his face. We were sad to be leaving, but we would highly recommend this hotel - we will definitely be back in the future!

Staff are excellent with kids! The rooms are clean and tidy after room service so just perfect. The pool is not the warmest in May 😅 Carla have done a fantastic job during our stay, she take good care of our daughter and makes her laugh from morning to night!

Viva Blue met all of our needs as a sports hotel. Both front desk and restaurant staff were incredible. Shout out to Ousmane - always smiling and helpful. Thanks to Miriam also! The grounds were clean- especially hard with lots of active guests.

Great apartment, lovely welcoming staff especially Carla from the entertainment team. Room was spotless, restaurants fabulous food. Weather not brilliant for about 3 out of the 7 days of our holiday but always something to do. We would definitely consider coming back but would check there was no cycling races on because we found it all abit disruptive.

Our family have had the pleasure of spending several great vacations at Viva Blue and we have always enjoyed our stays. This is a great place for a family vacation. The facilities, rooms, pools and recreation areas, foods, drinks everything is just great. But most important I find the service very good and friendly and that includes all staff at Viva Blue (Hotel Management, Restaurant Management and Staff, Entertainment team, Front desk, Housekeeping, Gardening and the other I have forgotten to mention. This is what we appreciate the most with Viva Blue, the friendliness and all nice people working there. In a few weeks we are heading to Viva Blue for yet a joyful visit and we are looking forward to it so much.

Superb cycling hotell with excellent food. Very attendent staff. Staff Miriam, Gabriel and Aina in the restaurant made everything for us! Top notch waiters!!! Cant wait go go back!

Everything in this hotel was just perfect. Childrens was really happy with entertainment. I want to thanks to Maria,Rhody,Hasan,Carla, Federica and Federico for really good job with children. Food was delicious, pools really nice and clean room.

Yessica made the trip unforgettable. She was very good and took the best care of us in the restaurant. Such an employee deserves recognition, she is the best advertisement for the hotel.
