Carpets not vacuumed. Shower dirty. 1 towel in a room. Aircon leaks in hallway. Non stop dust allergy the whole time I was there - worst I ever had. No traveler PowerPoint - go downstairs and buy one they said. Sorry excuse for a breakfast. Coffee beans are finished - no problem make Nescafé they said. By all means stay here to survive the layover - but don’t have expectations that match the pictures

Everything is good, the only negative is that they cool the room very much.

We stayed at the hotel for one night, since the connection at night is 15:00, conveniently located right in the airport building on the 5th floor, the room is large, the downside is that the sockets do not fit at all, you need an adapter, no hairdryer, for some reason only 2 towels (for the face and bodies), there is no water in the cooler in the corridor.

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious, complete silence, we managed to sleep well at the docking. The windows overlook a cozy courtyard. Cons: The air conditioner does not turn off, so it is “fresh” in the room. Breakfasts (they are strictly from 6 to 10 am) suck. They barely persuaded us to fry eggs (everyone tried to feed them a non-existent scramble), sausages were chopped into small “straws” (why?) - ugh, the vegetables are the cheapest, brewed coffee only costs money. In general, there is practically nothing to eat. With such a high price for a room, how can you save on food? Shame....I'm not surprised that the hotel is practically empty. Conclusion: if you have nowhere to go, you can spend the night. Otherwise, I would recommend another hotel in the city with a normal breakfast.

Transit hotel is on the 5th floor after the security check, take the elevator on the right. Ticket for onward flight must be present, quick and friendly check-in. Room was good size with a view of airplanes. Very quiet, no outside noises noticed. Unique glazed bathroom, very modern, toilet and shower separated by extra glass doors with toiletries. Bed large and comfortable. Coffee and tea making facilities, TV, safe, but no refrigerator. Many light sources are controlled via general switches on the bed. Breakfast 6-10 a.m. / price performance not good at 9.20 a.m. hardly any choice if you would like to have a hearty breakfast then it's better to go outside. Cleanliness so-so for the price. We paid €90 for 2 people with breakfast, 1 place booked in advance was perfectly fine because we had a 15 hour stopover and wanted to shower, sleep comfortably and enjoy peace and quiet before continuing.

The room is tidy and the space is comfortable, but the bathroom drainage is not good and water floods out when taking a shower. Fortunately, there are foot pads to stop everything, otherwise it will flood into the room. The TV in the room cannot be turned on and the remote control cannot be used. Breakfast time is 6-10 o'clock It's buffet style, but there will be fewer choices for dining at 9 o'clock, so it's generally suitable for a short break.

Schönes und sehr großes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die angedockten Flugzeuge (auch mal spannend). Tolles, extrem stylisches Bad. Zugfreie Klimaanlage. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Ablauf von der Dusche war so langsam, das nach zwei Minuten das Wasser überzulaufen drohte. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel für den Transit

Actually I cancelled my booking but unfortunately, the refuse to cancelled very embarrassing experience. I waste my money.

The hotel room was beautiful. Very spacious and modern. The shower area is very nice - glass doors are a lovely touch, again, very modern. The room was clean. The bed very comfortable. The only issue I had was that there was no soap to wash my hands. However, there was shower gel and shampoo there. I would like to give a special mention to the restaurant situated next door. The young lady in there went out of her way to help me with my food. She even had the chef prepare bread for me specially. So, a big thank you to her. Customer service went above and beyond with this young lady. A very pleasant overnight stay at this hotel.

Booked this hotel for New Year's Eve, I would arrive late, around midnight and I didn't want to take a taxi and go out alone for New Year's Eve, I felt safer staying at the airport and starting my journey the next day, but when I arrived they said that if I didn't have an outbound flight within the next 8 hours I couldn't stay!!! This seems absurd to me!!! Also because I had just landed anyway I still had the ticket but they told me that this is a hotel only for those with a stopover... but they took the money!!! Nice service yes!!! Never again… when I go to Asia I often stop in Muscat, even if I had a 10 hour stopover I will never go back! And it's not because of the money but because they put me in a really bad situation because when I went out I was attacked and followed by taxi drivers until I went to explain the situation crying to an airport employee who very kindly helped me. They left a girl alone in the middle of the night after she had already paid... BAD
