no room service after 11 pm no fresh water in the rooms when they clean your room and when you ask for something you are felt like they are doing you a favour not doing their job

The food is great, the service impeccable. The prices for a cola are a bit overpriced. And the bed uncomfortable

Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. Staff 100/10, I can confirm what you can read in other reviews, the staff is by far the best part about the hotel and the reason many people comes back. They are super attentive and helpful, they will remember you and know what you like to drink or where you would like to seat by day 2, they are friendly and always willing to help. It is difficult to mention names because they were all amazing, from the reception to the life guard by the beach, they are great. Room, it was bigger than I thought and the bed was super big too, it’s a hard bed and soft pillows which I loved. We did not spend much time there but we had a nice sea view, the only thing I didn’t like was the shower water, it was so temperamental and turn super hot and super hot every 10 s, it may has been my room only I am not sure as I did not ask we just went with it but it was annoying. Food, I am a picky eater and I had plenty of choices most of the meals, with just one exception which I think was a themed night not sure what, it all seemed good anyway it was just due to me not liking most vegetables so nothing wrong with it. The rest of the meals were always great. Breakfast, there was always boiled and/or scrambled eggs, pancakes, pastries, bread, cereals, sometimes potatoes, different sausages, beans and other things. Lunch and dinner were always different, fries, grilled turkey, rice, pizza, beef were always there and new other choices every day all of them good. Dessert was my favourite, the strawberry tartlets were amazing and the fresh strawberries too. Drinks, the coffee is stronger for my taste but if you like cappuccino it is really nice, they have nice cocktails you won’t miss anything, I can’t say about wines or beer but people seemed to like it too. Both pools were nice and good temperature, the outside one may be cold at the begging but it is so nice. The beach is so good too, clear water but with some seaweed/algae on some parts I guess depends on the time of the year you go it would be more/less, but it is still a great beach just find the right place to enter where there are no seaweed. The sun is quite strong even if it doesn’t seem like it, put sun cream on! I forgot to put on my feet and burned them:) There is entertainment, ping pong table, balls in the beach, yoga/stretching, aquagym, darts, through the day but you can also ask the entertainment team for uni cards/ beach tennis and other things. Both the guys in the entertainment team are so nice, one of them gave us some advice on where to go close to the hotel he was really nice and helpful. There is a spa offering some treatments which are at a additional charge, we did not try it so I can’t rate it. Also a a la carte restaurant, the only reason we didn’t go for it was because I did not like most things, but if you eat better than I do definitely try it because it is meant to be really good. Useful things to know: They do

This is a 3 star hotel although rated a 4 star. The complex is great, big hotel, multiple restaurants, nice big pool playing relaxing music throughout the day, entertainment team, private beach and plentiful beds on beaches and pool. There is also a spa which is very reasonably priced and has its own spa pool and packages as well as a mini golf out the front. First round of mini golf has teething issues due to it being a little unkempt but soon get used to it if you have another round and are given a putter and not a random wedge. The mini golf is included and is provided by reception. There is also a ping pong table which is included. You can also take advantage of some relaxing watersports out on a sailing boat or kayak which is also included. You can see the lovely coast and mountains, you can also see some dolphins if you're lucky. This is very good that it is included and very unique from other destinations visited. Reception staff are great, friendly and helpful whether for restaurant booking, taxi, currency change or towels. Towels are 20Dinar each for deposit so no need to pack for beach or pool and can be refreshed daily. It is very prominent in the hotel that tipping makes your stay more comfortable which is a little disappointing. Waiters will indulge those who tip and forget those that don't. This is mainly in the lobby bar and buffet restaurant. There are a few restaurants. For breakfast there is a buffet in the main restaurant, coffee is disgusting, it's not juice as you know it and all the food tastes the same. You can get fresh cooked eggs, omelette, Pancakes and croissants which made breakfast bearable. For lunch there is buffet again in the main restaurant but its tastless cold and all the same. We waited until 1430 where there is a snack bar. They call the snack bar the BBQ but there was no BBQ. But the food is served hot and to order which is far better than going to the buffet restaurant. In the snack bar the menu is the same every day and limited to pasta, pizza and sandwiches, salads, chips and ice cream. For evening you have a choice of 3 places to eat, the buffet stay clear again cold, samey and favoured if you tip, The Tunisian and International are much better restaurants and the waiters here are lovely. These restaurants do 4 big courses and changes daily. The waiters are lovely and could not do enough for you. The food is served fresh and hot unlike the buffet which is disgusting. The beach bar is great, the lobby favours people for drinks, the bar / pub is great and the moorish cafe does delicious traditional mint tea. The bar and the cafe view the football daily. Evening entertainment on every day but is limited to music and on a weekend a dancer or tunisian band which is good. But could do with having bingo or something a little more entertaining on an evening. The rooms are a little dated but very spacious, the pillows and beds are great and you can control your own air-conditioning. The room cleaners do a great

we have just returned from this hotel, we had a marvellous time. Rooms are wonderfully laid out . Plenty of wardrobe space and draws . The are very clean and comfortable . The staff are fantastic ,the service we received was five star. The food in the restaurants is great but you get far to much. All staff are very attentive without being over whelming , nothing is to much trouble for them . The manager is always on hand and he is a real gentleman , who will do his best to see that you have a good holiday . The grounds and pools are beautiful , plenty of sun beds , and pool man on hand to assist you you need any help . We cannot praise this hotel enough. and definitely going back.

I am fortunate to have enjoyed a third visit in nine months to the Aziza. There were many returning guests, some who have holidayed here regularly for over a decade. Everyone expressed their great satisfaction with the hotel, especially the quality of service from dedicated staff - from General Manager Mr Hatem Klila, front office client services Houda Hlali and reception manager Ferjani Hichem through all departments of reception, food and beverage, housekeeping, animacion, gardeners, pool and lifeguard staff, security…. indeed everyone employed at the hotel. Thank you to all for their widely appreciated consistently cheerful and attentive service. There is great respect between staff, clearly following the example of ever-present Mr Hatem who can be seen, around the hotel talking with staff and guests as he monitors all aspects of this successful and improving hotel. A small example was brand new pillows being delivered to rooms throughout the hotel last week. Also the newly opened beach bar has a relaxed, informal atmosphere - no dress code here, bare feet expected ! I particularly enjoy the two evening a-la-carte restaurants, International and Tunisian. Book with reception up until lunchtime on the days you want to visit, I have never been turned away as they were fully booked. The varied set menus are tasty, although portion sizes are too big for most diners. Special celebrations are welcomed, for individuals and groups. The Tunisian, beach front restaurant is where substantial snacks of burgers, pizzas, pasta, fries, salads, sandwiches etc are available for a few hours every mid afternoon. Unlike in many hotels the reception here always has a supply of Tunisian notes and coins to exchange for £s or €s, handy, fair and safe, plus changing small amounts was never an issue. It is easy to get some dinars when paying the obligatory tourist tax on arrival. Tunisia is a small country and has an impressive culture and history which can be explored fairly easily. I have enjoyed bespoke trips through a Tunis travel agency at sensible prices. So if you want more than a week of sun bathing there is much on offer. For example ask Mr Hatem about the Island of Kerkennah - which he is lucky to be able to call home. Thank you all for another calm, relaxing, very happy holiday - see you again in October.

I went out to celebrate my 60th birthday and have a nice relaxing break & that’s exactly what I got. All staff from reception, restaurant and bar waiters, cleaners were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Rooms were big with a great sea and pool view, I liked the separate toilet from the bathroom plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. Lobby bar and the pub were well ran with a lovely lager, spirits weren’t brand names but still got you drunk haha. Restaurants were well staffed and tables cleaned very quickly Only downside the food was a bit repetitive but always plenty to choose from, Al la carte was good different menu every night, afternoon snack bar is waiter served be careful what you order as the portions are huge and very nice. Great pool area and very helpful life guard, pool was freezing but we used the indoor pool to cool down as it was just room temperature then went straight back outside to our sunbeds of which they were plentiful Entertainment some good some ok The bar shows all English football also has karaoke & quiz nights Spotless clean hotel Surrounding there’s not a lot to do but taxis are cheap enough to go out and about. We will definitely be going back it’s the perfect place if you want a do nothing holiday and just chill out & relax.

We travelled from Glasgow, booked with easyjet and stayed for 10 days, from 16 of May. It is a small hotel with large outside pool, inside heated pool and direct access to the sea/beach. Food is satisfactory, plenty of choices, and options of either a la carte or barbeque restaurants, included in all inclusive. Hotel staff is outstanding, every person is hard working and attentive. We upgraded our room to a mini suite and it was great. Everything worked, bed and pillows were comfortable. After reading that people felt that there were not enough sockets, we took electricity extention cable with usb ports and it worked well. Airconditioning worked. There were mosquitoes and small midge like biting insects, so had to use repellent. Weather was mixed, however plenty of sunshine. Sea had huge waves during our stay. The sea bed in front of hotel has rocks and it could be dangerous getting in but if you walk to the left of the hotel, the neighbouring hotel area' sea bed has no rocks, so it is safer. We could use either hotel's beach sun loungers during our stay. We spent 4 days travelling ancient sites and visited Corbois hot springs, Dougga, El Gem, Sites on Cap bon peninsula, seen great flamingoes in Corba and enjoyed everything. Compared to the UK, prices in Tunisia are more than affordable. We felt safe and locals were very helpful and welcoming.
