They clearly tried their best to renovate. I had a very pleasant first impression. Easy parking, warm welcome, clean room. Until I settled and wanted to start the tv. That’s when I went for the remote and saw the first roaches. Killed them. Both smaller and bigger ones. Searched the room and bathroom. Didn’t find any other. Went back to the wall mounted tv, saw roaches crawling again. After a better look they probably had a place behind the plywood that was placed against the wall to mount the tv. My plans changed so I was thinking to stay another night since it actually was a good stay, but after the roaches I called it a day and went somewhere else. If they can fix the roach problem, this is a 10/10 stay. Good breakfast as well. Both hot and cold options.

Red Roof stay Check in was easy. Room was clean with adequate towels and supplies. Easy parking.

The room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. The property looks a little shady, but the rooms and front desk/dining area was clean and nice as well. The parking space was very limited to the amount of rooms in the front of the hotel. As a woman, traveling alone, it is inconvenient to have to park far away from the assigned room when the establishment is off a busy highway. Luckily, I found a spot in a lit area, but walking in front of men and rooms made me feel a little uneasy. Breakfast was decent, fresh and hot; coffee was great!

New rooms The rooms were either remodeled or new. They were nice with a frig & microwave and a hot breakfast…. Which was good because there nothing within walking distance

I enjoyed the free breakfast, with warm food like eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits. several options of toast and cereals, coffee and tea, and cold choices of orange juice, yogurt, muffins, apples, bananas, pastries or cookies. There were vending machines with snacks and drinks as well as other foods to purchase like ice cream, mini pizzas, etc. I enjoyed the clean room, the hot water with very good water pressure, the soap, shampoo, and lotion that was available. The refrigerator and microwave were handy for snacks. There was a large parking lot with plenty of free parking, a covered area with a picnic table and benches for guest's use, a very large area where sports could be played, and a room with a washer and dryer for guest's use The bed was comfortable with extra pillows. There were multiple usb outlets in the room, a desk and chair where one can eat or work, and an extra chair to relax in. There is free t.v. with 57 channels which includes sports, movies, shows, and news. There is free wifi in the reception and in the rooms.

The beds were comfortable, but the TV didn't work, and the room, despite being non-smoking, smelt like smoke and bleach and the refrigerator didn't work.
